‘Mob Wives’ Feud Still Going Strong, Drita D’Avanzo And Karen Gravano Still At Odds
Mob Wives is coming to an end, but it isn’t going out without a bang. For five seasons, fans have watched as the ladies have attacked each other, and outsiders. The latest round of drama for Mob Wives has viewers completely shocked. While the story behind Drita D’Avanzo and Karen Gravano has been discussed, the two were never in a total war. There were disagreements last season over Natalie G. and her “rat” status, but nothing like what is happening both on and off the small screen.
This season of Mob Wives started off wrong for both Drita D’Avanzo and Karen Gravano. With several of the original cast members now on board, there was some tension about who was real and who was not. In fact, D’Avanzo called her friends out for being fake because Carla Facciolo was back in the fold. Tension had evidently been growing since filming began and before Mob Wives could fully play out, D’Avanzo and Gravano took it to Twitter. According to VH1, both the Mob Wives stars are still going at it. Gravano is being accused of trying to sell a story to a tabloid about D’Avanzo’s husband, Lee. While she is completely denying any part in the selling of a story, some fans believe Gravano may have attempted something like this.
These Mob Wives stars have history that goes back several years. Karen Gravano originally dated Lee D’Avanzo before Drita was even in the picture. In fact, D’Avanzo and Gravano were together for quite some time. After that, he met Drita and married her. She has been with Lee through everything, including his stint in prison due to living the mob life. A lot of what is happening with these ladies isn’t talked about on Mob Wives in order to protect some of what is going on within the organizations they have affiliations with. The world they live in is very different from those who have day to day normalcy. With history like this between the two women, it isn’t surprising that they would be feuding over Lee D’Avanzo.
During this Mob Wives feud, there are people caught in the middle. Big Ang is a friend of both Drita D’Avanzo and Karen Gravano. It seems that the friendship with D’Avanzo may be a little more important, especially since they are often seen hanging out together one on one. According to Radar Online, Mob Wives star Big Ang was recently hospitalized due to complications from her cancer. The last thing she needs to be worrying about is what is happening between D’Avanzo and Gravano. While it looks like Big Ang is doing well, she certainly doesn’t need the Mob Wives drama.
Since Drita D’Avanzo took to Twitter to call fellow Mob Wives star Karen Gravano a rat, things have been getting increasingly heated. The drama on the show has spilled over to social media, and it isn’t dying down. D’Avanzo wants Gravano to keep Lee’s name out of her mouth, and Gravano wants D’Avanzo to stop with the drama. The two are not going to come back from a place like this, especially now that everything has been blasted across social media. D’Avanzo has Gravano blocked, but is still continuing to throw shade. Fans are looking forward to when the Mob Wives reunion tapes, especially since all of this has gone down after filming for the season wrapped. Everything will be rehashed, and the other ladies will have a chance to weigh in face to face. The next several episodes of Mob Wives are going to be intense as the feud heats up between D’Avanzo and Gravano.
