Jesse James Endorses Donald Trump For President
Jesse James has taken to Facebook to endorse Donald Trump’s presidential bid, describing the New York businessman and GOP front-runner as “the real deal.”
James, not the outlaw from western folklore, is the motorcycle builder/customizer perhaps best known for being the ex-husband of actress Sandra Bullock, on whom he famously cheated.
The controversial James starred in several gear head reality shows including Monster Garage on the Discovery channel and later as a contestant on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice in 2009. If you’re a fan of the latter, you may remember that James got fired near the end in part for his stubborn unwillingness to access his then-wife’s deep-pocketed Hollywood contacts to obtain charitable donations from them for one of the show’s challenges.
Donald Trump expressed surprise that he never invited Bullock to the set either, according a 2010 Hollywood Life account. “Most people would bring their wives on to help them win,” Trump recalled, adding (prophetically) that “Maybe he was with someone else [at the time].”
“He’s a tough guy…sullen and quiet … but he’s a very smart guy. I thought he had this fantastic love for Sandra,” Trump opined about Jesse James.
In a September 2015 interview, James opened up about his painful divorce from the popular Bullock, and took responsibility for cheating on the Oscar-winning actress, which lead to their 2010 split. He has also publicly apologized to her.

The thrust of James’ lengthy Facebook endorsement of Donald Trump involved the fact that he watched Trump up close and personal for about six weeks during the Celebrity Apprentice filming in New York City.
“…I think I was actually the only “Celebrity” that had a semi normal manual labor job. I think this gave me a very different perspective on things…Over the next month I was able to observe [Trump] and his kids in their day to day routine. What I saw was a person that treated everyone with respect…I made it all the way to the top 3 and when I was let go Donald Trump stood up and shook my hand and said ‘Great Job Jesse’.
… What I personally observed is a man that is perfect suited to run this country. He is respectful to the little guy (which shows he worked hard to get where he is) and he is also tough as nails when he needs to be. The people he will appoint to key top positions will be top shelf, and you can bank if they don’t perform? They will get the boot. Lastly the best quality I observed about Donald Trump is being a dad….So before you guys react to what I have written here. One thing you know about me is Good or bad I will always tell it like it is. This guy is the Real Deal, and will Make America Great Again.”
Donald Trump responded on his Twitter feed to thank Jesse James for the vote of confidence.

Separately, boxing champion and lawmaker Manny Pacquiao, who is currently running for the Senate in the Philippines, described Trump as “a friendly guy…He’s always direct to the point. He speaks not like a politician,” the New York Daily News reported.
Do you think that the Jesse James endorsement of Donald Trump for president in election 2016 is a good or bad thing?
