Donald Trump ‘White Genocide’ Tweet Sparks Intense Backlash Against The GOP Frontrunner

Donald Trump’s “white genocide” tweet has gone viral. Democrats who are hoping the retweet by the GOP frontrunner will finally be the thing that sinks his campaign will be soundly disappointed if past responses to Trump’s politically incorrect comments are any indication.

Trump may not have known the background of the Twitter user he has now made famous when he retweeted the post by WhiteGenocideTM, but that has not stopped the immediate backlash and viral headlines the social media share has generated.

Earlier today, Donald Trump manually retweeted a Jeb Bush meme tweeted out to the world by user Donald Trumpovitz (aka @WhiteGenocideTM). The user has about 2,300 followers and linked to a website that shows many controversial photos and captions about Jewish, black, and Arab Americans. The website also boasted a pro-Hitler documentary. The Twitter account associated with the Trump retweet also shared a photo of American Nazi Party founder George Lincoln Rockwell, CNN reports.

The website link on the Donald Trumpovitz (@WhiteGenocideTM) Twitter profile, The Greatest Story Never Told, features a Hitler documentary that claims to have “rocked the internet.”

The Donald Trump retweet featured a photoshopped image of Jeb Bush dressed as a bum standing outside Trump Tower holding a sing which read, “Vote Trump.”

Despite past heat Trump has taken for his tweets and retweets, the Donald continues to use frequent social media posting to reach voters. Last fall, the Republican frontrunner apologized after sharing a tweet that insulted many Iowa voters. A Trump tweet showing an infographic detailing black-on-white crime statistics in the United States has also been disputed and sparked controversy for the candidate.

Both Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush have been targeted by their competitor on Twitter and might be enjoying the current backlash Trump is enduring over the white genocide social media share. Donald recently retweeted a photoshopped picture of Cruz that showed a less handsome version of the candidate and featured a caption parodying the Texas Senator’s book title, A Time for Truth. The Ted Cruz meme was captioned, “A Time for Lies.”

There has yet been no response to the white genocide retweet controversy by the Donald Trump campaign. Jeb Bush’s camp appears to have wasted no time jabbing back at the meme. The response referenced Godwin’s Law, which is a phase that references an internet saying, which states when any world wide web chat goes on long enough, either Adolf Hitler or the Nazis will ultimately be mentioned.

Tim Miller, a Bush campaign representative, tweeted, “The Godwin’s Double: Trump’s anti-Jeb retweets now include one from a Nazi’s account and another calling Jeb a Nazi.”

The white genocide Twitter account user posted in his profile for the social media platform that he believes he is living in “Jewmerica,” the International Business Times reports. The background image for the account reportedly showcased a “Get the f**k out of my country” slogan as his background image.

The Donald Trump tweet will likely dominate the conversation around the dinner table tonight as many Americans gather to watch the massive snow storm hitting the bulk of the nation. Perhaps the Trump retweet will be overshadowed in the 24-hour news cycle as the latest Hillary Clinton email bombshell continues to garner intense media attention.

What do you think about the Donald Trump white genocide retweet? Is the Republican presidential candidate really a “Teflon Don” and nothing can stop his rise to the Oval Office?
