Watch Norman Reedus, Khloe Kardashian, And Danny DeVito Play Charades: ‘The Walking Dead’ Star Nails Difficult Clue [Video]
Norman Reedus has faced off against zombies, cannibals, and crossbow-stealing meanies on The Walking Dead. However, the actor has never dealt with foes quite like those that he was up against on Wednesday night’s The Tonight Show.
As Entertainment Weekly reports, Norman Reedus was partnered up with host Jimmy Fallon for a wild game of charades against one of the weirdest TV teams you’ll ever see: Khloe Kardashian and Danny DeVito. Charades should have been a piece of cake for Danny DeVito after playing Chardee MacDennis 2: Electric Boogaloo on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but DeVito wore himself out trying to act out his “cheerleader” prompt because Khloe Kardashian just couldn’t get it. Luckily, Jimmy Fallon was nice enough to give her a hint.
After witnessing DeVito’s exhausting cheer routine, a shy Norman Reedus decided to let Jimmy go first on his team. It didn’t take Norman long to guess that the host was acting out the electric slide after Jimmy performed the dance and pretended to shock himself.
Khloe Kardashian was then tasked with pretending to be a Baywatch babe, but her slow-mo run and breast grab wasn’t enough to help Danny DeVito guess her clue.
Poor Norman Reedus probably got the toughest clue to act out when he chose a card that read “Ant-Man.” However, he jumped right into it by quickly getting Jimmy to guess that he was acting out the title of a movie that included the word “Man.” After Reedus got on his hands and knees and used his hands to give himself wiggly antennae, his partner was easily able to guess his clue.
The game of charades ended with the title of a song that Khloe Kardashian’s brother-in-law sings, but it took her a while to guess “Gold Digger.” You can check out the game below.
Norman Reedus said that it was “really unfair” that the “Gold Digger” prompt was included in the game, but he wasn’t a sore loser – it looks like getting to meet Danny DeVito was a nice consolation prize for The Walking Dead star. After the show, Reedus shared the photo below on his Instagram page.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fans can only hope that DeVito invited Reedus to guest star on his FXX show – Daryl Dixon does look bit like the greasy, sketchy characters who occasionally stroll into Paddy’s Pub to stir up trouble with the gang. Perhaps Norman Reedus would be up for doing the motorcycle dance with Mac and Charlie.Speaking of Norman Reedus’ love of motorcycles, The Walking Dead star’s new AMC series, Ride with Normal Reedus, was recently included on Men’s Journal‘s list of the most-anticipated new TV shows of 2016. According to Entertainment Weekly, the reality series, which doesn’t have a premiere date yet, will follow Norman Reedus and his motorcycle as the actor bikes through different cities. He’ll bring some special guests along for the ride, and they’ll explore local color and motorcycle culture in the communities that they visit. Reedus has described Ride with Norman Reedus as being similar to food lover Anthony Bourdain’s shows, Parts Unknown and No Reservations. However, Norman will be riding bikes with locals instead of breaking bread with them.
During a recent interview with Haute Living, The Walking Dead star talked about a few of the famous faces who might appear on Ride with Norman Reedus.“There are some people that I’ve already spoken to who are friends of mine, people I’ve worked with in the past, that are motorcycle icons in a way like Peter Fonda as [well as] people that are into motorcycles that you wouldn’t really know about,” Reedus said. “Keanu Reeves builds his own motorcycles and has his own company with very unique bikes; I’ve been talking to Keanu. Some are rock ‘n roll guys who are badass and ride motorcycles, and others are local people that know things and areas that I don’t know. We’re still in the process of putting it together. It’s going to be a big mishmash of fun, cool, interesting people with good stories.”
Are you looking forward to seeing Norman Reedus back on a bike in his new series?
