Josh Duggar Won’t Be Let Off The Hook Anytime Soon, Judge Drops Bomb On Reality Star
Josh Duggar has been embroiled in a legal battle with Danica Dillon for quite some time, and it doesn’t look like things are going to wane anytime soon. Last week, the former 19 Kids and Counting star fired back at Danica, denying the sexual assault allegations.
According to In Touch Weekly, Danica — a stripper and adult film star — claims she and Josh Duggar had sexual encounters on two different occasions, but the encounters weren’t exactly pleasurable. It has been reported that Danica claims Josh was so rough with her, she felt “as if she were being raped.” Josh Duggar recently dropped a bomb on Danica, claiming he’d never even laid eyes on her. However, that’s not all. Josh’s legal team has also revealed his “air-tight” alibi. According to TMZ, Josh claims he wasn’t even in Pennsylvania at the time Danica claims the sexual encounters took place.
So, with such a strong alibi, most people would assume the judge would let Josh Duggar off the hook, right? Well, not exactly. Although Josh recently filed a motion to have Danica Dillon’s lawsuit dismissed, claiming she has no evidence the encounters ever occurred, the judge still refuses to let him off the hook. According to Radar Online, Judge Mark A. Kearney has dropped a big bomb on Josh Duggar. Several news outlets have reported that Judge Kearney has denied Josh’s motion to force Danica Dillon’s “initial disclosures” of her occupation and medical treatments.

Here’s an excerpt of the legal documents filed by Josh Duggar’s attorneys.
“Presumably, if this matter is of such importance to her that she would file a public complaint, make accusations about Defendant on national television and demand more than half a million dollars, producing some documentation of her losses and injuries and the names of people who have knowledge about her allegations within the time set by this Court and required by its rules should be feasible,” Duggars’ attorneys huffed in January 8 documents. “In fact, Defendant believes it should be a priority.”

The latest news follows a string of reports about Josh Duggar’s molestation scandal that shocked the nation. For those who missed it, Josh admitted to molesting his younger sisters years before they all became reality TV stars, according to In Touch Weekly. However, the confessions didn’t stop there. In addition to admitting what he’d done to his sisters, Josh Duggar revealed he also had a pornography addiction. Then, the Ashley Madison leak uncovered Josh’s secret affair and how he’d cheated on his wife. The confessions, along with the massive Ashley Madison breach, led to the cancelation of 19 Kids and Counting and now his marriage to Anna Duggar is also on the rocks.
Although the Duggar family does not support the idea of divorce, Anna has reportedly considered walking away from the marriage. While Josh Duggar was recovering in a rehabilitation facility in Rockford, Illinois, it was rumored that Anna Duggar and their tree children had moved to Florida with her parents. Initially, she made no effort to visit or contact Josh. But, now she insists she will support him through this trying time in his life. As of now, Josh and Anna Duggar are still together, and the divorce rumors have fizzled. However, no one knows if their marriage will really stand the test of time. Fans will just have to wait and see.
