Josh Duggar: Danica Dillon Is Making A Grab For Cash! Duggar Has An ‘Airtight’ Alibi [Video]

Josh Duggar now claims that Danica Dillon is making a grab for cash with her $500,000 lawsuit, and Duggar is calling the adult film actress a liar. After months of being in rehab, Josh is now addressing the rumors that he had sex with Dillon and roughed her up.

Forced to respond to a Pennsylvania judge’s court orders, Josh Duggar attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the case, claiming that Dillon failed to produce enough evidence that the sex with Duggar was so rough that the stripper felt she was being raped. After the judge denied the dismissal, claiming it was too soon in the case to grant it, Josh Duggar produced “more than one hundred pages of alibi documents” to Danica’s lawyers proving that Duggar was nowhere near Pennsylvania on the nights in question.

The reality star’s lawyers also claim they have given the stripper’s attorneys “video footage and photographs” proving Josh was nowhere near the strip club or hotel where Dillon claims to have had sex with Josh. The court documents also allege that Josh Duggar provided “the contact information of many eyewitnesses.”

In addition, Duggar attorneys are contending the lawsuit is tantamount to extortion since the “[p]laintiff filed a complaint against a public person” and they are insinuating the complaint is merely a grab for cash. In court documents, lawyers for Josh Duggar assert that Dillon is unreasonably dragging Josh into a court case when she does not live in the state. According to the documents, Josh “has only ever passed through [Pennsylvania] briefly.”

Josh is also calling Danica to the mat since she has not yet complied with the judge’s order to provide proof that Josh assaulted her. Court documents argue that Danica has made “very serious allegations” both in court and publicly during interviews with media outlets like Entertainment Tonight, but the adult film star has yet to “comply with court orders that she supply the information necessary to support her allegations.”

In September 2015, Dillon appeared in an interview with Entertainment Tonight to detail the abuse she allegedly endured at the hands of Josh Duggar. At the time, the stripper claimed that she had no idea who Josh Duggar was, and did not know he was married.

During the interview, Danica confessed that Duggar “just look[ed] like your average, everyday fan” when they met at the strip club. The adult film actress also said that throughout the night, Josh kept approaching her and “saying weird things like, ‘Oh you are so beautiful.'”

The stripper agreed to have sex with Duggar for $1,500; although, conflicted reports have arisen about whether she was actually paid.

As for their encounters, Dillon divulged about them in detail in her Entertainment Tonight interview, claiming that she “tried to be sexy and seductive,” but Josh was matter-of-fact. Josh Duggar “was like, ‘No, let’s get straight to the point.'”

“[He] took our clothes off, took his clothes off, and he was very rough with me.”

Although Danica claims that she never said no to sex with Josh, she still asserts that Duggar “threw [her] on the bed” and “though it was consensual it…felt like [she] was being raped.”

According to Star Pulse, Duggar lawyers have also contended the lawsuit is not valid because Danica claims to have been committing a crime at the time. Prostitution is currently illegal in Pennsylvania.

Rumors have surfaced that Josh is filing a counter-claim against the stripper, but nothing has been confirmed. A court date is set for January 21, and at that time, it’s assumed Josh Duggar lawyers will ask the judge to dismiss the case.
