Richard Lustig has won the lottery not once, not twice, but a total of seven times. He shares his wisdom on YouTube, through his site, on social media networks, and through books. He also states that once you find your Powerball numbers, continue playing them all the time. Having won seven lotteries, he has earned the most praise for his methods.
