‘The Bachelor’ Ben Higgins Says Contestant Caila Quinn Is ‘Crazy’ After She Admits She’s In Love With Him
The Bachelor Ben Higgins is on a mission to find a wife, and fans will get to see how his season plays out starting with the two-hour premiere that begins at 8 p.m. ET on January 4, 2016. Higgins is given the daunting task of finding the love of his life among 28 women, and some of them arrive at the Bachelor mansion with a suitcase full of drama.
In the latest Bachelor preview released by ABC (video below), a number of girls admit that they are falling in love with Ben. Unfortunately, he has to start breaking hearts and that doesn’t go over well with at least one contestant. Several girls cry over Ben after he rejects their admission of love and one contestant, Caila Quinn, seems to be the most devastated.
Ben’s one word description of Caila is a good indication as to how he reacts to the girls who bring on the drama — and the tears — this season. In the clip below, Caila, 24, tells Ben she’s falling in love with him. Seconds later she’s crying about Ben in an ITM. The camera then pans to Ben who simply says the word, “crazy.”
According to Reality Steve, Caila is going to be the season 20 drama queen, and from the looks of the preview, Ben figures that out and wants nothing to do with her. But fans who have watched the Bachelor before know that the preview is just a mashup of random clips put together to lead viewers in the wrong direction — otherwise known as editing.

Although it appears that Ben is calling Caila crazy in the preview above, there’s a good chance that it’s just an edited clip. According to Reality Steve‘s spoilers, Caila makes it to the final three — that was confirmed when several photos shared on Twitter showed Ben and Caila at the Sandals Royal Plantation Resort in Jamaica on the night their Fantasy Suite date was filmed in early November.
The photos, tweeted by Matt Cobb, were quickly taken down, but many fans who saw the pics got a good look at Caila enjoying some one-on-one time with Ben. It’s obvious they had chemistry if she got that far, but even if he really doesn’t think she’s crazy, she didn’t have what it takes to be the future Mrs. Ben Higgins — spoilers indicate that she went home after her overnight date.

Although Reality Steve states that Caila will get pegged as the “drama queen” who is “always on” for the cameras, there’s a good possibility that she didn’t have a shot at getting the final rose this season. Ben apparently knew who he wanted to pick during the early stages of filming.
Lauren Bushnell is rumored to be the girl Ben gets engaged to this season. According to WetPaint, the Los Angeles-based flight attendant hails from Portland, Oregon, the very place she enjoyed a hometown date with Ben in early November.
“This season has essentially been over since about halfway through,” writes blogger Reality Steve. “Ben has been pretty clear about wanting Lauren in the end, so much so that it’s apparently become obvious to the rest of the group…. they’ve all kinda seen the writing on the wall from what I hear.”
