Jennifer Lawrence Kissed Her ‘Hunger Games’ Co-Star Liam Hemsworth Off Screen
Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence couldn’t help but be taken with the good looks of her Hunger Games co-star Liam Hemsworth when the cameras weren’t rolling. During an appearance on Watch What Happens: Live with Andy Cohen, the Joy actress, 25, played a game of “Plead the Fifth.” Cohen as the hosts asks a series of gossipy questions, to which the guests may answer honestly or plead the fifth.
“I love it when people are as enthusiastic about being here as we are about them being here, so it was perfect,” Cohen told People after the show. “I thought she was candid from top to bottom. I felt comfortable enough asking her about Chris Martin and everything else. I feel like she was a total open book, and I love it when guests come to play and when they’re willing to talk about anything.”
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 star admitted to an offscreen kiss with her Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth during her appearance Monday night, reports Vanity Fair. When host Andy Cohen brought up the romance rumors involving the two co-stars, Lawrence didn’t plead the fifth and was refreshingly honest.
“Liam and I grew up together. Liam’s real hot,” she responded, laughing. “What would you have done?”
“I would say yes,” Cohen replied. “I mean, I pick Gale over Peeta any day.”
“I did, at one point!” Lawrence said, giving Cohen a high-five.
During the commercial break, she joked, “I gotta call Liam!”

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 38, was romantically linked to Jennifer Lawrence in August of 2014, although their alleged relationship ended in 2015. Cohen did not shy away from bringing it up.
“You and Chris Martin never really confirmed whether you were together or not?” Cohen asked coyly.
“We never did,” Lawrence said.
“Were you?” he prodded.
“Come on!” she replied, laughing.
Someone Jennifer definitely doesn’t seem interested in kissing off screen is the pop singer. When asked if she would ever hook up with the singer, she gave a very straight forward answer.
“I’m going to say a hard no,” she answered.
In Joy, Melissa Rivers appears as her late mother Joan Rivers in a cameo. In the past, Joan and Jennifer Lawrence did not have the friendliest of relationships. Lawrence criticized Fashion Police for essentially fat-shaming celebrities, and Joan replied through social media, calling Lawrence “a hypocrite.”
During one point, a caller asked about Lawrence filming with Melissa Rivers and was curious if it was at all awkward. Lawrence said there were no hard feelings between the two.
“I really do love Joan Rivers, she had such an incredible life and is an unbelievable woman. I just am very opinionated, too,” Lawrence explained. “I don’t think we would have had a beef had we met, so I said that to [Melissa] and complimented her mom and kind of got it out of the way immediately. She’s so nice and great, so I got it out of the way and then we were great.”

Lawrence was happily surprised when she realized her best friend Laura had called into the show. She jokingly brought up Lawrence’s most recent celebrity-bestie relationship with Trainwreck star and co-writer Amy Schumer.
“I just want to clear this up once and for all. Who’s your best friend, me or Amy Schumer?” Laura asked.
“You, sausage!” Jennifer Lawrence playfully cooed. “You’re my sausage, nobody else could ever – wait, that sounds wrong.”
Watch What Happens Live returns to Bravo on January 3 at 10:30 p.m., with guests Bob Harper and Cynthia Bailey. The David O. Russell film Joy, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro, and Virginia Madsen, opens December 25.
