‘X Factor’ Finale: Adele Rumored To Sing Duet With Louisa Johnson
The X Factor‘s finale acts have been announced, and after weeks of chasing and pursuing, it looks like bossman Simon Cowell eventually managed to get Adele to appear on Sunday’s show.
Chart-topping Adele will sing her single, “Hello,” from her latest album, 25, which smashed sales records since its release. The show at the Wembley Arena should be “a very special performance,” ITV has announced.
A source close to X Factor boss Simon Cowell said everyone on the show was “thrilled” they signed Adele for this week end.
“She’s the signing everyone wanted as we’ve been trying to make it happen for weeks. Adele is a phenomenon, and now only adds to what will be an epic night.”

X Factor finalist and favourite, 17-year-old Louisa Johnson, who is coached by Rita Ora, has been rumored to have the honor to perform alongside Adele, which would undoubtedly boost her chances of success even more. Back in October, Adele said she would be interested in singing a duet with an X Factor finalist only if they weren’t “rubbish,” NME reported.
“It would have to depend on who’s in the final. It depends who’s in it. If they’re rubbish, then no, I won’t.”
Adele’s presence and rumored duet with Louisa Johnson could be a good sign for the only girl finalist, who will be extremely privileged to sing with the multi award-winner. Other finalists on the UK X Factor include Che Chesterman and Reggie ‘N’ Bollie, respectively coached by Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
X Factor Boss Simon Cowell himself expressed his excitement at the prospect of this weekend’s shows.

Louisa’s fans have been fearing the worst this week as their favourite had to drop out of an appearance in Liverpool due to illness, and might have had to miss the X Factor finale. But after being on voice rest and cancelling her homecoming performance in Liverpool, she is expected to be fully recovered for Sunday’s show.
As every year, the X Factor finale will run over two nights, Saturday, December 12, and Sunday, December 13. This week, the three finalists have been campaigning around the U.K. in their Battle Buses.
Adele will be joined by previous X Factor sensations One Direction, who will sing “Infinity” and “History,” and by Coldplay performing “Adventure of a Lifetime” from their new album A Head Full Of Dreams.

This weekend’s show alongside Adele will be One Direction’s last X Factor performance before they embark on their two-year hiatus in February, 2016. Cowell could well have something big in store for the boys who started back on that stage five years ago.
Although the band has insisted the break is only temporary, who knows what could happen over the next 24 months, with Louis Tomlinson having to raise a baby and others who could follow Zayn Malik’s example and decide to go solo?
According to standard.co.uk, Cowell may have planned a big send off, possibly a video with A-Listers‘ farewell wishes, for the four lads.
Although One Direction didn’t win the 2010 edition of the X Factor, they have recently been announced as the show’s biggest earners.
This weekend’s X Factor finale promises to be an extraordinary show, with incredible guests such as Adele and Coldplay, and hopefully some chilling performances from the three finalists! So tune in on ITV Saturday and Sunday, or catch up online!
