Subway Jared Fogle Is Called Child Porn Mastermind By Former Employee

It is a fact that Jared Fogle, former Subway spokesman, is heading to prison, but he had claimed that he was a pawn, and just following the lead of his employee, Russell Taylor, who was under arrest at the time that the Fogle was under investigation. Taylor has now put out a statement where he claims he was only following Fogle’s direction.

The Inquisitr reported that Fogle must be stressed right now, as his name is back in the press, and that his food options for the years he will be facing in prison are not quite a Subway sub diet. Most of the available food for his fifteen-year prison stay would fall under the heading of junk food, including pizza, wings, and lots of burgers. It seems there is no way to really “eat fresh” behind bars. There is also a selection of chips and candy for the prisoners to buy at the prison store.

But according to TMZ, the former CEO of Jared Fogle’s non-profit Russell Taylor says that he would not be in trouble if Fogle hadn’t demanded that Taylor participate in Fogle’s porn activities.

“In the docs, the lawyers say Taylor and Fogle were in a ‘psychologically abusive relationship.’ They say Fogle referred to himself as Taylor’s ‘daddy’ and used Taylor to carry out his sexual deviant behavior. Taylor does say he’s ‘deeply remorseful’ for the humiliation he’s caused the victims,” wrote the gossip site.

Taylor also says that Fogle bullied him into eating things that were not in his strict diet.

Perhaps the oddest claim — Taylor says Fogle would make him eat things that were “inconsistent with his gluten intolerance.”

The Indianapolis Star says that Russell reported that he was under a form of mind control while working for Fogle and Subway.

“Despite contentions made by Mr. Fogle, Mr. Fogle regularly requested additional videos of the minor children be made and even offered to provide Mr. Taylor with more sophisticated equipment to do so,” the court filing said.

Taylor asserts that without Fogle, and the fear that he would lose his job, Taylor would not be in any trouble at all.

“Mr. Fogle maintained control over Mr. Taylor’s job, owned the home Mr. Taylor was living in, and provided a lavish number of experiences to Mr. Taylor. Mr. Fogle had the perfect person to carry out his sexually deviant pursuits, all the while attempting to insulate himself from the risks of the conduct.”

Unlike the fifteen-year sentence Fogle received, Taylor got 35 years behind bars, which he believes is unfair, as he alleges that he is just an accessory.

“Mr. Fogle would refer to himself as Mr. Taylor’s ‘daddy’ and there would be discussions of how much Taylor loved ‘daddy’ and reminding him that ‘daddy’ was paying for his things,” the court document said. “Mr. Fogle would even go as far as making Mr. Taylor eat things that were inconsistent with his gluten intolerance.”

Taylor is now stating for the record that Jared Fogle not only possessed child pornography, but that he is also the one who created and distributed it, which would obviously carry a much longer sentence. Taylor asserts that Fogle’s home movies were legendary.
