Teresa Giudice’s Parenting Slammed: Who Is After The ‘RHONJ’ Star Now?

Teresa Giudice was sentenced to serve 15 months behind bars about a year ago, and she turned herself in January 5 of this year. She is scheduled to be released on December 23 so she can go home to her family and spend Christmas with them. Then, sometime in the spring, Joe Giudice will begin serving about three years for the same crime. Their children have been caught in the middle of this entire scandal.

Even though Teresa Giudice was behind bars this year, she gave consent for Bravo to film The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In. Here, Giudice’s husband and their four daughters filmed three episodes to show the grief and emotions they were going through as Teresa was serving her time. Now, Teresa’s parenting is being highly criticized by her former co-stars.

According to a new Radar Online report, Teresa Giudice is a bad mother — at least if you ask Amber Marchese and her husband, Jim. The couple strongly believe that Teresa and her husband are “exchanging their kids’ mental health for a paycheck,” and that is simply bad parenting.

“I usually remain silent regarding all Real Housewives of New Jersey shenanigans, especially Andy and Bravo’s judgments of what makes ‘RHONJ‘ great, however he publicly criticized my decision to include my children on the show,” Amber Marchese told the website, adding, “They crossed a line and so now, they get my iron fist response!”

Amber’s husband, Jim, has also had his share of comments in regards to Teresa Giudice’s parenting, revealing that the spinoff show featuring Gia, Milania, Gabriella, and Audriana was a “dark endorsement of criminal behavior and exploitation of children.”

Many viewers came to Teresa’s defense, sharing that Amber herself featured her own children on the show as well. They may not be as famous as Giudice’s children, but Amber claims that the stories are completely different.

“Jim and I, as parents only had our children participate in family events, such as ginger bread house making, a fall harvest party, and a cute kid’s commercial for our family business,” Amber insisted, adding, “We never had them in ‘adult situations’ or speaking about ‘adult issues.’ We have all had difficult times in our lives: Melissa and Joe [Gorga] moved into a rental for a while; Jackie and Chris [Laurita] spend thousands on care for their son; and Jim and I have had our challenges. We are not having our children eat of off ‘Gucci plates,’ nor are we living in a home that the mortgage is unpaid.”

Amber doesn’t think that Teresa and Joe have their children’s best interests at heart by filming such a reality show. Of course, Amber and Joe have been very vocal about their thoughts, hinting that Teresa should be fired from The Real Housewives of New Jersey because she is now a criminal.

One can imagine that Amber isn’t thrilled to read reports that Giudice wants another child. According to the Master Herald, Teresa apparently wants a fifth child that she can bear and have while Joe is serving his time. This is just a rumor for now, but a fifth child may be too much for Teresa, who has to do everything herself when Joe goes in.

“I have remained silent on this subject for so long because karma seemed to be taking a life on its own for all of the awful things she has done to people,” Amber said, adding that there has been no drama at all in the past eight months, revealing, “She is sitting in jail. But the truth of the matter is, she went to great lengths to humiliate the twins and their families; she has been cruel to Melissa, and she has been cruel to Jacqueline. That is the absolute reality of this all.”
