Caitlyn Jenner And Kris Humphries Targeted By Khloe Kardashian In ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’
Caitlyn Jenner announced her decision to transition into a woman earlier this year, and in her step-daughter Khloe Kardashian’s new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, the topic is candidly discussed.

“I had lost my father, and now I was losing Bruce,” Khloe wrote of Caitlyn Jenner in her new memoir, according to a report by OK! Magazine on November 4.
In 2003, attorney Robert Kardashian Sr., the father of Khloe, Kim, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian Jr., died of esophageal cancer just eight weeks after his diagnosis. At the time, Khloe’s mother, Kris, had been divorced from Robert Sr. for 12 years, and married to Caitlyn Jenner for just as long. So, since she was a young girl, Khloe had been raised by Caitlyn Jenner, which made her recent transition hard to take. While Khloe fully supported Caitlyn’s decision to become a woman, she was also hurt by the loss of her step-father’s old identity, Bruce.
“Bruce wanted to be a woman and I could only imagine the battle raging inside of his soul. My heart went out to him. But, I saw the transformation [into Caitlyn Jenner] as a huge loss.”
In addition to her discussions about Caitlyn Jenner in Strong Looks Better Naked, Khloe also discussed her sister Kim’s second husband, Kris Humphries, who she claimed was disrespectful at times, even going as far as to compare Kim’s role as a wife to that of Khloe.
“Before you know it, you are making all sorts of crazy comparisons, like the time one of Kim’s exes—my least favorite ever—started complaining about life at home,” Khloe wrote, not mentioning Humphries by name.

Although Khloe, who recently celebrated Caitlyn Jenner’s birthday with family, didn’t say it was Humphries who she was referring to, Humphries was the Kim’s main squeeze during Khloe’s marriage to Lamar Odom.
” ‘Why don’t you cook for me?’ he told Kim. ‘Khloe cooks for Lamar all the time.’ This happened in front of me, and it really upset me. I told him, ‘That is so rude! How dare you compare our relationships?’… He didn’t treat Kim with respect; he wasn’t kind, and unfortunately, he didn’t get my point, which I guess is one of the many reasons he is an ex.”
In addition to Khloe’s struggles with Caitlyn Jenner’s transition, Caitlyn Jenner’s youngest daughter with ex-wife Kris, Kylie Jenner, also found the adjustment “hard.” However, months later, Kylie claims the transition has actually been beneficial to their relationship.
“I just find that because everything is open and honest now, we actually spend a lot more time together,” she told Elle Canada, according to a recent report by the Mirror.
“It was really hard for me in the beginning, but now it’s much easier. It’s ‘she’ now, but it was ‘he’ who always had this secret. Now [Caitlyn Jenner]’s just free and way happier, and it makes me feel more comfortable. It’s cool. She’s the same person—she just looks different.”
Following news of Caitlyn Jenner’s transition, the former husband of Kris Jenner removed herself from Keeping Up With The Kardashians and began filming her own documentary series, I Am Cait. The series followed Caitlyn Jenner as she began living her life as a woman for the first time publicly. Although the ratings on the series dropped substantially after an impressive first episode, the series has been renewed for a second season, which is expected to air sometime next year.
