Pippa Middleton has experienced unfortunate circumstances lately, after her relationship with Swiss Banker Nico Jackson came to an end abruptly last month. The two had been together for a lengthy time, but were attempting to make a go of things as a long-distance couple.
Currently, claims are being made that Kate and Pippa Middleton have hit a rough patch in their sisterly bond over the role the royals played in her failed relationship, along with other items that are keeping Kate’s sister from reaching her desired status. Starpulse cites reports which indicate the struggles and frustrations that Pippa has been facing recently.
“Pippa’s has been struggling to find her niche. Her party planning book, ‘Celebrate,’ flopped, and she has been unable to sell a follow-up exercise and diet book to a publisher. She attempted to land a position as a correspondent on NBC’s ‘Today’ show, but she reportedly failed to impress during the audition.”
Although these are all set-backs for the brunette beauty, it’s odd that she would believe that Kate is to blame for her failed attempts. Reports are stating that both Carole and Pippa Middleton are annoyed with the Duchess for not taking more of an active role in assisting Pippa to launch her career. It is clear that when Kate so much as mentions a brand that she uses or swears by, the product line or providers of the specific service immediately takes off and experiences great success. Middleton has apparently not promoted Pippa in a way that has seen her younger sister’s endeavors flourish.
Additionally, the younger of the Middleton sisters has expressed woes about the difficulty she has experienced in finding love while living in England. Many men are reportedly “turned off” by the constant media circus that surrounds Pippa, due to her affiliation with the royals. The paparazzi are relentless and often make any attempt at private relationship for Pippa, or any royal, completely impossible. Pippa has therefore begun considering making a move to the U.S. in order to launch a successful career and to find love outside of the British media firestorm.
It is understandable that the constant following by photographers would likely throw a wrench in an attempted romance. However, Kate and her sis have always expressed their closeness and support of one another, as the publication notes. This seems as though it could just be one more royal rumor, as information has yet to be verified.
As for Pippa’s possible move to America, Kate is reportedly not in favor. The Examiner outlines the claims made by sources on the matter of Middleton’s possible relocation and her feelings about being in Kate’s shadow constantly.
“At 32 [Pippa] finds herself without an established career and without a property of her own. Worst of all she constantly wonders if she’ll ever escape the shadow of her elder sister, whose young family is never out of the news.”
The Duchess is not at all happy, reportedly, that her younger sister may be moving to the States. Reasons are that, of course, she’ll miss Pippa, and it has been communicated by sources that Kate has actually demonstrated remorse at the difficulties her own fame has caused for Pippa in regards to career and love. The Examiner recalls the words that Kate reportedly relayed to the Insider.
“[Pippa] can’t have a proper relationship because of me.”
The publication also notes that the younger Middleton’s intentions are to head to the east coast in the U.S., and the 32-year-old is said to have contacts there who are willing to help her set up and make a fresh start across the pond.
