‘High School Musical’ Reunion: Who Were Some Of Your Favorite Cast Members This Halloween?
High School Musical fans felt all the feels this weekend after the cast had their own little reunion of sorts to celebrate Halloween 2015.
According to Us Weekly, Vanessa Hudgens decided to throw a little get-together on Saturday, October 31 to celebrate Halloween, and she decided to invite her former castmates from the hit Disney franchise High School Musical.
While Zac Effron seemed to be missing from Vanessa’s little High School Musical reunion, many familiar faces still made an appearance, including Monique Coleman, Corbin Bleu, and Ashley Tisdale. While most of the main squad was there, a few other faces can be seen popping up in the photos from the evening, including that of former High School Musical dancer Jason Williams.
So what kind of Halloween party did the High School Musical alum throw together? Yes, it was a costume party, but the theme wasn’t the wildcats — sorry guys. Instead, it was Alice in Wonderland, and while many guests came dressed up in a variety of costumes, both Vanessa and Ashley dressed up according to the theme.

Monique Coleman took to Instagram to show off a few photos from the evening, and one included a group snapshot with Vanessa and Ashley, one dressed as Alice, and the other as the Queen of Hearts. It’s been seven years since the release of the final High School Musical movie, but the cast still looks like they simply belong together! Squad goals — am I right?
Of course, we can’t forget this adorable group photo, which both Jason Williams and Monique shared via Instagram.

We know Ashley was the Queen of Hearts and Vanessa channeled her inner Alice, but what about the rest of the High School Musical crew? According to E! News, Monique dressed up as Dionne from the movie Clueless, and Corbin Blue rocked out as Lenny Kravitz.

While this little High School Musical reunion was a total blast from the past for fans, it isn’t the first time the crew got together in recent months. In fact, just this past July, a few key members from the High School Musical cast got together in support of film producer Kenny Ortega’s latest Disney Channel original movie, Descendants.
The movie Descendants is based on the imaginary kingdom of Auradon, where Disney characters come to life. According to IMDb, the rulers of the kingdom, King Adam (Beast from Beauty and the Beast) and his Queen, Queen Belle, decide to give a chance to the children of some of Disney’s greatest villains, including Cruella De Vil, Maleficent, the Evil Queen, and Jafar. The children of these great villains had been exiled to the remote Isle of the Lost. However, during the movie, King Adam decides to allow the descendants a chance at redemption by allowing them to attend school with the children of Disney’s heroes.
When the Disney movie made its Hollywood premiere this past July, quite a few of the High School Musical cast members made an appearance to show their support for Kenny Ortega. While both Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens weren’t in attendance, five others were, including Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel, Olesya Rulin, and Monique Coleman, according to E! News.
While High School Musical’s leading man, Zac Efron, wasn’t at either of these functions, it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t still care for his fellow wildcats. In fact, he recently spoke with E! News and reportedly stated that he still sees his fellow castmates from time to time.
“I continue to see all the guys from High School. Every time we do… there’s just this look between us. It’s so cool because we never forget a single moment of that experience.”
