‘Honey Boo Boo’ Returning to Television in New Show

Fans of Alana Thompson of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo have wondered when the show will be coming back. Mama June has always teased that Honey Boo Boo would return once again, and now the news is out that this is going to happen. The thing is it will not be on TLC like it was before. Starcasm shared the news that Mama June can now confirm that they are going to be coming back, but she isn’t sharing all of the Honey Boo Boo details just yet.

Mama June is sharing that the Honey Boo Boo details will be coming out on Tuesday from People, but for now she is teasing some of what is going on. The new show will be reality and not scripted at all. This makes it sound like the original Honey Boo Boo was a bit more scripted than the family would have liked it to be. Here is what her statement had to say about the upcoming show.

Ok for everyone it was asked if we are going to be back on TV the answer is yes and it will be very soon it will not be was TLC network but it will be announced as we were told with People on Tuesday I will be able to get out more details soon but we are excited as it will air starting in December but it will not be here comes honey boo boo kind of thing but it will be reality TV and it will be real and unscripted like we have always ever been that’s only kind of TV we believe in and we want you all to see the true side of all of us hope everyone had a great Halloween and don’t forget to turn your clock back ?#?realitytv? ?#?awesometime? ?#?awesomefans? and we want to say thanks to our fans that have stuck by us and continue to support us through the thick and thin we love you all and we appreciate each and every one of yall.

Mama June has been teasing for a while that Here Comes Honey Boo Boo would be back again, but of course it won’t be exactly the way it was before. Fans just really want to see Alana Thompson and get updates on her. A lot of things have changed for the Honey Boo Boo family since the last show, so everyone will be finding out what all is going on for them now for sure.

Wet Paint shared the news a while back that Mama June and Sugar Bear are going to be on the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp. This isn’t a Honey Boo Boo style show at all though, and wouldn’t even show Alana Thompson. Now everyone is curious if there is another show in the works or if this is what June is planning on letting everyone know about that is coming from them. If this were the new show, fans would be disappointed that they are not going to get to see the kids. Her new announcement made it sound like it would be more than just this and actually a show with the entire family. Hopefully, June won’t be letting anyone down when the show she is talking about is revealed.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo was canceled after news came out that Mama June was involved with a child molester. TLC didn’t want any part of this and cut ties with the show.
