NASA’s Curiosity Rover ‘Discovers’ Stone Carving Of Alien Face On Mars [Photos]
NASA’s Mars Curiosity rover has discovered a stone carving of an alien face — evidence of ancient alien civilization on the Red Planet — according to online UFO and Mars anomaly hunters.
The latest discovery of alleged evidence of advanced ancient alien civilization on Mars was made by the YouTube UFO and Mars anomaly hunters, UFOvni2012, in a Curiosity rover photo of the Martian Gale Crater area captured on Sol 1144 — October 5, 2015 — at about 16:29:07 UTC.
UFOvni2012 uploaded the photo to YouTube on October 29, 2015, and it is attracting a lot of attention in the alien and UFO community.
According to UFO Sightings Daily editor Scott Waring, skeptics could lean on the fact that the construction of the face looks crude to suggest that it was not designed by intelligence. But the UFO hunter argues that preponderance of the evidence favors the conclusion that the face was designed deliberately by an intelligent and artistic alien sculptor.
“I have reported over 500 faces on this site alone, which confirms that they do exist,” Waring argues. “This is a real face, deliberately made. If you expect to find a Da Vinci carving on Mars, you will be disappointed. Mars inhabitants had low art skills, but to them, these sculptures were exceptionally beautiful.”
Other possibly reasons why the face “looks crude,” according to UFO hunters, could be that the work of art is heavily eroded by the Martian weather after millions of years. Another possible explanation that alien hunters may want to consider is that the face is a work of abstract art.
It is also possible that the face is an accurate representation of the physiognomy of an ancient alien race with large “negroid” nose and thick lips. But the face looks unfamiliar to human observers and could be mistaken for chance arrangement of rocks because it is alien.
An alien hunter suggests it could be the face of a person who lived on Mars one billion years ago and laments that the lost world of ancient Mars civilization is largely irrecoverable.
But skeptics have challenged the suggestion that this is an alien face stone carving.
A skeptic dismisses the alleged evidence, saying, “If you believe this is a face you will basically believe anything. Some of you humans are so naive.”
Another skeptic declares, “Pareidolia!”
But Waring explains that “pareidolia” is a term invented by the CIA to deceive people and keep them from seeing the truth.
“That [pareidolia] is a word made up by the CIA. Be a sheep and believe that word. This face is real!”
A viewer admits the object looks remarkably like a face, yet doubts the evidence.
“Ok, I see a mouth, nose, eyes, possible Mitch Miller type beard and possibly something symbolizing some form of a drool from the right side. OK, one doesn’t need to severely stretch the imagination to see what they’re trying to point out,” the doubter writes.
But as Waring points out, this is not the first time that UFO and Mars anomaly hunters have discovered an alien face on Mars. In July, the Inquisitr reported discovery of an alien face sculpture in a photo of the Martian terrain snapped by NASA’s Curiosity rover exploring the Gale Crater region of the Red Planet.
Responding to skeptics who argued that the face was yet another example of the psychological pareidolia bug of the human mind, Waring, who discovered the face, noted that if an identical object were discovered in the desert ruins of ancient Egypt it would be considered evidence of ancient culture and civilization.
Mars anomaly hunters believe that relics of ancient Mars civilization are more difficult to identify because, unlike remains of human civilization that are only a few thousand years old, Mars archaeological remains are millions of years old and thus more severely degraded by the elements.
