Anna Duggar Turns Down House From Jim Bob
Reports came out yesterday that Jim Bob Duggar was giving a house to Anna and Josh Duggar in hopes that Anna would decide to stay with him. Now it turns out that Anna was not a fan of this proposition and has actually turned down the house. Hollywood Life revealed that Anna turned the house down and doesn’t want this $345,000 home. It could have been the perfect house for Josh and Anna to raise their children when he gets out of rehab eventually.
Jim Bob bought a 3,800-square-foot house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and was giving it to Josh and Anna Duggar. This house is just around the block from them and would take Anna less than 10 minutes to walk to the Duggar house. Sources say that Jim Bob hoped she would want the house and not dump Josh after getting it. Anna has been living in a small room at the Duggar house and also has been spending time with her parents in Florida, along with her four small children. Josh Duggar is still in rehab at this time. A source is now saying that Anna Duggar wants “real healing” and a house is not what she wants at all. An insider spoke out to Hollywood Life.
“Jim Bob is desperate to keep Josh and Anna’s marriage alive. He wants to see them back together, all happy and smiley, but it’s not going to be that easy, at least not if Anna can help it.”

After that, the source went on to explain the reason that Anna Duggar doesn’t want the house. Of course, it is a nice home, but not the way that Anna wants to do things. The source shared that Anna can’t be bought.
“A big fancy house is not that impressive, and [Anna] says she simply can’t be bought. Anna has a new sense of self and isn’t going to put on the happy family show just to please her in-laws. She feels like they are more concerned with image than with the reality of the situation.”
The source says that Anna Duggar is still exploring her options. Anna might end up staying with Josh, or she might end up divorcing him in the end. It is unknown if she will decide that she wants to stay with Josh Duggar or move on and start living her life without the Duggars. Christian Today shared a while back that Josh and Anna Duggar actually sold their home. Once Josh went into rehab, they got rid of the house they had purchased in Arkansas.

They sold the house to Travis Story, who is a family friend and also happens to be a lawyer. This all happened shortly after Josh Duggar’s Ashley Madison scandal broke and everyone found out that Josh had cheated on his wife while she was pregnant with their fourth child. Putting their house up for sale made a lot of people think that Josh and Anna were getting a divorce, but if that is the case then it hasn’t been revealed just yet. Josh and Anna Duggar are still staying quiet about what is going on with them right now. Fans would love to hear it directly from the couple, but that doesn’t seem like it will happen.
