Anna Duggar Gets Beautiful New Home From Jim Bob in Hopes She Won’t Divorce Josh
Anna and Josh Duggar have been going through a hard time since his molestation scandal came out, and then Josh revealed that he cheated on his wife while she was pregnant with their fourth child. OK! Magazine is now sharing that her father-in-law, Jim Bob Duggar, actually bought Josh and Anna a new home in hopes that it will keep them from divorcing. This fancy new home was a gift to Josh and Anna, but Josh isn’t even there to enjoy it right now. This brick home was not a cheap deal either. Sources say that Jim Bob Duggar actually spent $345,000 on the house. It is actually just around the house from Michelle and Jim Bob’s house. This will put them really close if Anna needs help with the kids.

It turns out Jim Bob is gifting this house to Anna and Josh to live in along with their four children. Josh Duggar is still in rehab at this time, but that probably won’t last much longer. Sources are saying that Jim Bob hopes that this new beautiful home might keep Josh and Anna from getting a divorce. There have been rumors flying for a while now that Anna Duggar might decide to call it quits on their marriage. The source explained that Anna Duggar has been going back and forth between a very small area at the Duggar home and her parent’s house in Florida since Josh went into rehab. The room Anna is staying in at the Duggar’s house is very small, and she needs more space for sure.
The house that Jim Bob is talking about is one where Jill and Derick stayed with Israel for a bit while they were home from their mission trips. Hollywood Life shared that this house is just an eight-minute walk from the Duggar home and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sounds like a gorgeous home that would be great for Anna and Josh Duggar to use to raise their four children.

A report in In Touch Weekly explains a little more about the house and the accusations that Jim Bob Duggar is using it to keep Anna around.
“Offering Anna the home is just a ploy to get her to abandon any idea of leaving Josh. She’ll be going from sleeping in a closet to living in a mansion. Also, it’s so close to the main Duggar compound that she can always call on the family for help whenever she needs it.”
The source then went on to explain that some of the other Duggar kids are not very happy about this at all. They had hopes that they would get this home one day and not Josh and Anna. At this time, Ben and Jessa Seewald are actually living in a very small home that Josh and Anna lived in when they first got married. It is not being revealed who wanted the house, but the source says some of the Duggar children had hopes it would be for them.
“Some of Josh’s siblings have voiced their hopes that they could live in the home. Nobody has directly challenged Jim Bob’s plan to have Anna move in, but you can feel some of the other kids want it for themselves.”
