Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Gia Laughs Upon Seeing Flashback Of Mom Flipping Table, Admits Embarrassment Over Joe’s Situation

Teresa Giudice’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, apparently isn’t embarrassed that her mom is known for flipping a table. On Sunday night, as the finale of the special The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In aired and a flashback of Teresa’s infamous table flip was played, Gia tweeted her love for her mom.

Gia tweeted that watching the flashback of her mom angrily flipping the table made her laugh. Gia added that she loves her mom.

On part three of the special, Joe Giudice met up with Teresa’s lawyer, James Leonard Jr., at the same restaurant where Teresa had flipped the table so many seasons ago. During the Season 1 finale, Teresa hosted a dinner at LuNello restaurant. At the dinner were the entire cast and their families. Danielle Staub, wanting to confront her enemy Dina Manzo, brought out the book Cop Without a Badge and slapped it on the table. The book recounts Danielle’s role in a kidnapping and extortion scheme in Miami, and her subsequent arrest and month-long imprisonment, about 30 years ago. The memoir, written by an ex of Danielle, also claims that Danielle, who was known by a different name then, was working as an escort back then.

Danielle believed that Dina showed people at her hair salon Cop Without a Badge to maliciously spread gossip about her. Caroline Manzo, Dina’s sister, declared that she was actually the one who showed people the book. Sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita then got dragged into the argument, causing an uncomfortable family fight. When Teresa chimed in with a question, Danielle snapped at her to “pay attention, please!” That’s when Teresa flipped, unleashing a barrage of insults and flipping the dinner table.

“I am paying attention. Obviously, there has to be something else. It’s just not name change and arrested. There has to be something else. Were you stripping? Stripping? Prostitution w**re! You were f**king engaged 19 times?!”

Teresa later declared that unlike Danielle, she has no skeletons in her closet.

“[Danielle] doesn’t know who the fuck she’s fucking with. OK? And I have no f**king skeletons in my f**king closet.”

Of course, viewers now know that Joe Giudice and Teresa Giudice were at that time engaging in activity that would ultimately land them where they are now, with Teresa serving out her 15-month prison sentence and Joe set to begin his 41-month prison sentence after she gets out for fraud.

While Gia Giudice isn’t embarrassed about her mom’s past behavior, she is embarrassed over her dad’s bike. Joe has been getting around by bike since his driver’s license has been revoked. Gia asked if anyone else thinks her dad’s electric bike is embarrassing.

Later on in the finale episode, Gia is shown going with her sisters, grandmother, dad, and uncle Joe Gorga to visit Teresa in prison. After the scene aired, Gia revealed that the building shown on TV is not the one in which her mom is housed.

Teresa has a release date of Wednesday, December 23, which means that she’ll be back with her family for the holidays. Last year, Gia shared some happy photos of her celebrating Christmas eve and New Years with her parents. Teresa turned herself in just a few days later.

Now that The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In has ended, will Teresa Giudice’s fans see her and her family in the next season of the regular Real Housewives? As previously reported by the Inquisitr, there have been reports that Season 7 will include Teresa. Andy Cohen himself has vowed to get Teresa back in front of the cameras.
