‘The Bachelor’ 2016 Spoilers: Ben Higgins Heads Home As Filming For Season 20 Continues

Filming of ABC’s The Bachelor 2016 with Ben Higgins is taking place now, and the group of remaining bachelorettes is getting quite small. Reality Steve’s spoilers have been dishing out scoop along the way, and it seems filming is about to head to an interesting location. What are the latest Bachelor spoilers available on this front?

Reality Steve’s spoilers detail that Ben Higgins and his remaining women are headed to Warsaw, Indiana, for the next round of dates. What’s so special about Warsaw? It happens to be Ben’s hometown. Though Higgins lives in Denver, Colorado, these days, he’s originally from Indiana.

Heading to a location like this is not totally outside the norm these days. Viewers saw Chris Soules take the ladies to Iowa around this point of his season, as well, for example. Though the remaining bachelorettes will not necessarily be meeting any of Ben’s family at this point, many Bachelor spoiler fans suspect that these dates could prove to be very revealing.

Just prior to heading to Indiana, Ben and his last nine bachelorettes had dates in the Bahamas. Reality Steve’s spoilers shared that the nine ladies involved were Becca Tilley, Amanda Stanton, Caila Quinn, Emily Ferguson, Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher, Lauren Bushnell, Lauren Himlee, Leah Block, and Olivia Caridi. After the dates and rose ceremony in the Bahamas, Higgins likely whittled the group down to his final six.

Steve’s Bachelor spoilers reveal that Olivia got the first impression rose from Ben on the first night of filming. Traditionally, the first impression rose recipient on the Bachelor franchise does not end up with the final rose. However, some fans wonder if this might be the season to buck tradition on that front. Many suspect that Olivia could definitely be one to watch in the final episodes.

What about Becca Tilley? Viewers will be very curious to see if she makes it to both the Indiana dates and the hometown dates, the episode that will be filmed right after these dates in Indiana. Steve’s Bachelor spoilers have also teased that JoJo is one to watch, as he says he suspects she could be a contender to be the Bachelorette 2016 lead. If that is the case, she would very likely get through the hometown dates and to the overnight dates, and be eliminated there.

Who else is believed to be likely frontrunners at this stage of filming? Reality Steve’s spoilers haven’t necessarily detailed much more than that, though Bachelor spoiler fans definitely already have their theories. It will certainly be very interesting to see which six ladies remain after the Bahamas rose ceremony, and which ones get individual dates in Warsaw.

The fact that the show is filming over the next few days in Indiana has been no secret, so there should be plenty of Bachelor spoilers hitting social media over the next few days. As Wowo details, numerous roads in the town will be closed during shooting and Ben will be filming around the courthouse at one point and at Rex’s Rendezvous on Friday night. Apparently, this is Higgins’ favorite Warsaw restaurant. Will he have one of his remaining bachelorettes with him there on an individual date? That seems likely.
