After a series of competitions, the judges will choose one winner to take home $100,000, with the chance to see their new fitness routine set in Retro Fitness centers all around the U.S. The winner will also have the chance to be featured in Women’s Health and Fitness, according to Spike.

The fitness industry is a multi million dollar business and everyone has their own angle and their own idea that they believe will be the next hottest idea, whether that be in workout clothing, fitness gear, or in the exercise video niche. With Sweat Inc., the focus is on developing the hottest new idea for an exercise workout that will catch on like fire and spread to gyms all across the country, according to Us Magazine.

Acting as host and judge is exercise and fitness titan Jillian Michaels. Each week, Jillian Michaels, along with two other judges, including Randy Hetrick, will take a look at three different fitness entrepreneurs to see who has what it takes to move to the next level. Starting out, there will be a total of 12 contestants.

In the Sweat Inc. sneak peak, Jillian Michaels welcomes the contestants and informs them that they are about to enter the fiercest competition of their lives. They are looking for two things: a person with a background in fitness, but someone who also has a savvy business sense. Not only that, these people better be bringing some passion, commitment, and tremendous talent to the competition.

Some of the hopefuls are already at their breaking point. Many come from backgrounds where they are struggling to make their mark in the world. Some are in financial debt and others are struggling to make ends meet. For them, everything is on the line, and this is their last chance to show the world that they have what it takes to be successful. The contestants will also be proving to themselves that they have the mental and physical strength to withstand this brutal and painful competition.

Anyone who has ever tried their hand at being an entrepreneur knows that it is no easy feat. It takes strategic planning, patience, and exceptional skill and expertise in your field. And by the looks of it, it appears that each of the overly confident entrepreneurs believes they have the best fitness program in the country.

But, there is something else. Not only do the fitness gurus have to come up with a phenomenal exercise idea, but they need to figure out how their business is going to make some actual money. Co-judge Randy Hetrick knows what these guys and gals are up against. He started his business the same way by coming up with an idea, and launching the business straight out of his garage. Now he boasts that his business (TRX) has been one of the biggest fitness phenomenons for the last decade.

Here are some things they’ll need to consider for their new fitness routine. One—is the exercise doable? Will people, without any special skill be able to physically do the exercise. Two—figure out the science behind the routine. How many calories will it burn? How many particular reps does it take to see results? Three—is the exercise routine innovative and fun? Four—Are the students working smarter and achieving their goals? Or, are they working harder with little to no results?

Which one of these aspiring fitness entrepreneurs will win the final competition. To find out, tune in each week for one hour as they fight tooth and nail to get to the top. Sweat Inc. airs on Spike every Tuesday at 10/9 central. Inquisitr reported on the debut of two other shows this week: According to Alex and Do Not Disturb: Hotel Horrors.
