Spencer Pratt Admits To Starting Lauren Conrad Sex Tape Rumor

Lauren Conrad is a “cold-blooded killer.” Well, at least according to Spencer Pratt.

MTV’s reality series The Hills ended over five years ago, but in a new interview with Complex, Spencer Pratt makes it very clear how much he still hates former co-star Lauren Conrad. In case you missed it, here’s what went down. Once upon a time, during The Hills, Conrad was dating Jason Wahler, and a rumor started making its rounds that the two had made a sex tape. Conrad accused Heidi Montag [now Pratt] of starting the rumor, and screamed at her, creating the best line of the entire series in five little words.

“You know what you did!”

There’s one problem with that: according to the Pratts, Heidi didn’t start the rumor. Spencer did. To this day, the couple stands by the accusations that they made, and Spencer has no qualms with letting everyone know how he feels about Conrad.

“Lauren is a cold-hearted killer. That’s what people don’t get. She will cut you in your sleep. She tried to destroy us. If you want to throw missiles, I’m throwing a nuke. This is how I operate.”

Of course, Spencer later changed his approach on that comment.

Heidi offers her rebuttal, many years later.

“Today, I would be like, ‘B****, you know what you did.”

Spencer and Heidi also claim that Conrad has disrupted their family life, as Spencer’s mom is a Conrad fan and, according to Spencer, Heidi’s family was paid to support Conrad.

If you’ve paid attention to tabloids over the past five years [or longer], chances are you’ve seen the Pratts gracing a tabloid cover or two. According to Complex, the duo has framed every magazine cover that they have appeared on. In fact, they have a portrait of the cover of their book, How To Be Famous, on display right when you walk into the house made completely from LEGOs.

There are many things that come to mind when you recall Spencer and Heidi Pratt on The Hills, but one thing that sticks out the most was Heidi’s plastic surgery. The laundry list of procedures she has had done began while she was still on The Hills. There was a breast augmentation followed by a reduction, facial reconstructions, liposuction, and more.

Heidi’s partying is also memorable from The Hills, and even the Complex interview begins with Heidi “twerking.”

“Her back still to the car, she spreads her legs a little and bends over, all the while shaking her ass…. Heidi begins to climb onto the hood of the SUV. She slips at first, but makes it up there, and starts whipping her blonde hair around and grinding on the Denali from her knees.”

However evil Spencer and Heidi Pratt may have been, they have still seemed to maintain a curious level of infamy. In a 2009 USA Today poll, the twosome was named the third most popular couple in the country, after Brad and Angelina in first place, and the Obamas in second. But, no matter how hard they have tried, they still haven’t gotten back to their Hills level of fame. The couple has starred in other reality gigs such as Celebrity Big Brother and Marriage Boot Camp.

One thing, however, that Spencer and Heidi seem to cherish and be good at is love. They’ve had their ups and downs, like every other couple out there, but when it comes down to it, they seem to be madly in love. While Spencer calls having Heidi in his life “my miracle,” Heidi declares she is “so obsessed” with Spencer.

“I love him so deeply and would do everything 100 times over to be with him. That’s it.”
