Kylie Jenner Halts All Social Media During Lamar Odom Scare
Say what you will about Kylie Jenner, but clearly family comes first for the teen fashionista. Just before starting a live stream on her über-popular app, Jenner suddenly announced she had to end it, apparently upon getting the news about Lamar Odom’s hospitalization. Since then, Kylie’s usually active social media has gone totally dark.

Daily Mail said Jenner, 18, had been seen out shopping with her boyfriend, Tyga, 25, on Tuesday at Westfield Mall in Century City. After the shopping trip, the couple went to pick up Tyga’s birthday gift to Kylie from weeks ago, a $320,000 Ferrari, from getting another paint job (back to white). While they were out, Jenner posted a photo to Instagram showing the top of her super sexy outfit.

Just 11 minutes after that post, Kylie informed her fans that she wouldn’t be able to do the live stream after all. It’s presumed that was when she heard her brother-in-law, Lamar Odom, was in a coma at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. Odom apparently took multiple substances, including cocaine and an herbal Viagra substitute, says CNN.
Former NBA star Odom, 35, who is still married but estranged from Kylie Jenner’s half-sister, Khloe Kardashian, was staying at the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada, a legal brothel. He was the guest of owner Dennis Hof and was staying in his personal room on the property. On Tuesday at about 3:15 p.m., two female employees went to check on Odom and found him unresponsive.
The Kardashian family immediately responded to the incident and rallied around Lamar. Since then, Kylie Jenner’s social media has been silent, a rare occurrence from the very open reality star. Other members of her family have started to comment via social media.

Khloe Kardashian hasn’t left Odom’s side since she arrived in Las Vegas on Tuesday night. E! Online says his two teen children, their mother, Liza Morales, and Lamar’s father, Joe, have all flown to Las Vegas with help from Khloe. Since Khloe is still legally his wife, she is able to make all medical decisions regarding his care. Liza posted a quote from Tupac Shakur.

Kylie hasn’t been spotted in Vegas yet. Kim Kardashian reportedly flew in with Khloe, followed by Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner, who left Shanghai Fashion Week to be with her ailing brother-in-law. Kylie Jenner was only a tween when Khloe met and married then Laker star Lamar. She was often photographed with him looking happy, and, clearly, she loved him like a brother and probably still does.
It’s fairly certain that Kylie Jenner is either already in Las Vegas or on her way. E! Online reports that Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie’s father, is also on her way to see Lamar. People magazine reports that it’s not looking good for the basketball star.

Kylie Jenner is so huge on social media that she’s earning millions. Hollywood Life says she pays her social media manager very well indeed.

Some good news for the entire Jenner/Kardashian clan, US Weekly reports that Scott Disick, longtime partner of oldest Kardashian sister Kourtney, has entered rehab. Perhaps he’ll finish this time because of Lamar Odom’s condition. Disick is the father of Kourtney’s three children.
