First Photo Of Lindsay Lohan As Elizabeth Taylor Released
Lindsay Lohan has officially started her comeback. The actress was on set today to start filming her new made-for-TV movie, Liz Dick. Lohan will be playing movie star Elizabeth Taylor in the movie, alongside Grant Bowler, who will play Taylor’s on-again off-again husband Richard Burton.
Lohan said:
“I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor. She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well.”
Lifetime released the first official photo of Lohan dressed as Elizabeth Taylor. Executive producer Larry Thompson is hoping that the photo will excite Lohan fans.
Thompson said:
“When you see both of them (Lindsay and Bowler) in full hair and make-up, it is the definition of movie magic.”

According to the NY Daily News, Lohan and Bowler were filming a scene on a boat docked in Marina del Rey, California today. Lohan and Bowler were recreating a heated argument that Taylor and Burton had during a vacation to Naples, Italy, in 1965.
Lifetime calls Burton and Taylor’s relationship the “most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day.” Burton and Taylor were married, and divorced, twice.
