Taylor Armstrong Discusses Return To ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’
Taylor Armstrong is officially returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 6. After returning to Beverly Hills from Colorado, where she previously lived with her husband, John Bluher, Taylor Armstrong rejoined her Bravo co-stars and began filming the series’ upcoming installment, which she claims happened naturally.
“I’m around. Let’s just say that,” Taylor Armstrong revealed to People during Sunday’s Rape Foundation Annual Brunch in Los Angeles.
According to the October 5 report, Taylor Armstrong attended the event just after she participated in another event, the Stop Yulin Forever event at MacArthur Park, which was attended by a number of the stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, including Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards.

“They’re my friends, so I’m just around naturally. Whenever I’m in town, I hang with them anyway. So cameras up, cameras down, one way or another,” Taylor Armstrong explained of her ties to the women of the Bravo reality show. In addition to being close with a number of the women due to their similar circles of friends in Beverly Hills, Armstrong has been especially close to Richards, and their daughters, Portia and Kennedy, often play together, as fans have seen on the show.
“It’s a little more intense when the cameras are around, but I see Kyle [Richards] and Lisa a lot. Kyle came to Colorado a couple times and visited us. We were over at Camille [Grammer]’s house the other day. I haven’t seen Adrienne [Maloof] in a while, but it’s nice to see everyone again. We’ve all been through a lot together… We’re like a family. Sometimes we fight like family, and sometimes we get along great. But at the end of the day, we’re family.”
Taylor Armstrong was one of the original wives when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills began airing on Bravo in 2010. Joining Taylor Armstrong for Season 1 were Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, Kim and Kyle Richards, and Adrienne Maloof. During Season 2, the cast remained the same, but was also joined by friends of the wives, Brandi Glanville and Dana Wilkey. While Taylor Armstrong remained in a full-time role until the series’ third season, she was demoted to a guest role for Seasons 4 and 5.

As for whether or not Taylor Armstrong will be featured in a full-time role during the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it’s hard to say. However, the exits of Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards are certainly working in her favor, as is the rumored demotion of Yolanda Foster.
During Season 6, fans will not only be reunited with Taylor Armstrong, but will also meet a couple of new housewives, Erika Jayne and Kathryn Eickstaedt Edwards. According to Us Weekly, Jayne is a pop star, known for her club and dance tracks, many of which have reached the top of the Billboard Club/Dance charts. The magazine also reported Jayne was married to lawyer Thomas V. Girardi, and was friends with Yolanda and David Foster. As for Edwards, Radar Online claimed the ex-wife of NFL star Marcus Allen has already caused quite the stir during production, and has butted heads with Kyle Richards. Currently, according to Radar Online‘s report, Edwards is married to football star Donnie Edwards. They wed in 2001.
“There is drama between Kyle and Katherine because of her friendship with Faye Resnick. Katherine has a lot of history with Faye.”
