When television personality Katie Couric isn’t busily reporting on the news or preparing for her new daytime talk show she can be found creating Spotify playlists, specifically a song selection for the Queen of Britain’s Diamond Jubiilee which took place with massive celebrations throughout the weekend leading up to the events big ceremony on Sunday.
The Spotify list is full of artists from today and some veteran music makers including Elton John, Paul McCartney and Shirley Bassey.
Couric named her playlist the Diamond Jubilee Jams and she announce the playlist right before Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee concert.
The former Today show host tweeted:

Shirley Bassey’s “Diamonds Are Forever,” Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer” and Paul McCartney’s “Let It Be.” Sprinkled throughout are modern tunes such as Jessie J’s “Domino,” Ed Sheeran’s “Give Me Love” and JLS’s “One Shot.”
The Diamond Jubilee celebrates Queen Elizabeth II’s 60 years atop the British monarchy.
