‘Big Bang Theory’ Kaley Cuoco’s Divorce Should Be Easy Due To Pre-nup

The Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco should be able to make a clean getaway, thanks to a prenuptial agreement that was hammered out a month before their wedding, according to TMZ. Any issues of property or spousal support have already been settled.

The Inquisitr reported that Cuoco is in an odd position, as her character on Big Bang Theory has just gotten married while the actress is in the middle of divorcing husband Ryan Sweeting.

E! Online says that Cuoco filed for divorce and says the reason is irreconcilable differences.

“Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage,” Cuoco’s rep told the website on Friday. “They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter.”

The document lists the day of separation as September 3. She made the big step this weekend of buying herself a horse that she intends to show.

“Never felt so happy!!!” the actress wrote. “Thank you #fieldstone, Michelle, @twgoldberg @zoeypacyna @peteyleo and all our friends and family that came and cheered us on last night. I’ve never felt more surrounded by love.”

People is reporting that Cuoco seemed “miserable” before her divorce was announced.

“The few times Kaley and Ryan were out together recently, the tension was noticeable,” the source says. “You could tell the honeymoon phase had ended. It seemed they were trying to work out their marriage by going on dates, but they both seemed miserable.”

Sources are saying that while Cuoco was very goal oriented, Sweeting was always lagging behind.

“Kaley and Ryan seem to have totally different personalities,” observed the source. “Kaley is extremely focused and high-energy. She seems to always be working. On her off time, she also keeps very busy.”

Sweeting, who plays tennis for a living, spent much of the summer at home, barely practicing. He has allegedly been plagued by injuries.

NESN says that the couple is hoping for privacy at this time.

“They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter,” according to a statement from the actress’ publicist

They says that Cuoco has also gone on social media to delete any evidence of her former husband, replacing them with photos of her dog and her new horse.

US Magazine revealed that Cuoco took part in the Bryan Brothers Tennis Festival and played tennis with kids this past Sunday, and they raised $90k. An observer stated that Cuoco seemed to be in a great mood, and was having fun, playing with the kids.

“She’s such a natural with kids!” according to a source for US. “Her eyes looked bright and blue, not tired or anything.”

The actress tweeted about her experience at the tennis festival.

“Had an amazing time today hangin at the #bryanbrostennisfest #bryanbrothersfoundation,” Cuoco captioned a pic-stitch of five photos from the sports event. “Loved seeing my friends @mikecbryan @bryanbros @lucillebryan and my favourite little Diaz girls!!! #mybestfriendskidsrock.”

Perhaps the divorce comes as a relief for the Big Bang Theory actress, and now she can move on, as the prenup lets her get on with her life with no strings attached.
