Jennifer Aniston: Their Secret Wedding Wasn’t Fun To Plan
Jennifer Aniston, the beloved Friends star who has gone on to capture our hearts in numerous other roles over the years, just got married! But according to her new husband, Justin Theroux, planning the wedding was anything but fun. Mirror reported that Justin just felt the excitement was taken out of the planning by keeping it secret.
“I wouldn’t say it was fun to plan. Part of the fun of planning a wedding is telling people, and we had to keep it under wraps.”
Friends of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are happy for the couple. According to People, Kathryn Hahn is very impressed that they pulled it off.
“What I’m most happy and proud of is that they were able to do it as privately as they had wished.”
The wedding was held in the couple’s backyard. They told all their friends that they were holding a 44th birthday for Justin, but when everyone arrived, Jennifer Aniston and her beau tied the knot. Us Weekly reported that Jennifer Aniston said they didn’t want to feel rushed in any way, that they wanted to get married when it was right for them.
“We just want to do it when it’s perfect and we’re not rushed, and no one is rushing from a job or rushing to a job.”
Since the wedding was such a hush-hush affair, it has been difficult to get photos of the grand occasion. Certainly, that’s what Jennifer Aniston and her groom were going for, not a whole lot of attention from the media. However, People managed to get some aerial photos of the beautiful backyard setup.

Whether more photos will be released by Jennifer Aniston herself remains to be seen.
There is no doubt Jennifer is extremely happy and content with her newlywed status and she definitely has that newlywed glow, but despite the fact that Jennifer might want to keep the day private, some friends are happy to share details, such as when Extra TV caught up with Ellen DeGeneres.
After the wedding Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux went on a short honeymoon in Bora Bora and then it was back to work for both of them. Justin headed off to Austin, Texas to start shooting The Leftovers and Jennifer jetted off to Atlanta to shoot Mother’s Day. It seems that life goes on for the busy couple. Let’s hope they can spend some quality time together soon.
