Lee Min Ho And Suzy Relationship: Did Korean Actor From ‘Gangnam Blues’ Break-Up With K-Pop Idol Of Miss A?

For some reason, 2015 has become a major year pertaining to Korean celebrity relationships. Numerous Korean news outlets are either reporting on the latest official couple, gossip on current couples, or the debilitating news when a couple breaks up. For a better understanding just how big Korean relationship news is this year, Kim Soo Hyun was rumored to be dating 2NE1’s Dara, Pinocchio co-stars Park Shin Hye and Lee Jong Suk are rumored to be dating, and Girls’ Generation members Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Yoona have broken up their relationships all within six months.

Now the latest relationship news to come out of Korean entertainment is that Korean actor Lee Min Ho and Miss A’s Suzy have broken up. However, is that really true?

The breakup rumors were fueled by an article on Korean news outlet TV Daily, as detailed by KdramaStars. Apparently, the initial report quoted an anonymous source who said Lee Min Ho and Suzy grew apart because of their conflicting schedules, a situation often cited as the reason why famous Korean couples end their relationships. The report then used their schedules as validation. Suzy was busy with Miss A and modeling work, while Min Ho was finishing up promoting Gangnam Blues while starting on his next film, The Bounty Hunter.

The problem with the TV Daily report is the fact it did not confirm the breakup with Suzy’s agency, JYP Entertainment, or any of Lee Min Ho’s agencies, Starhaus Entertainment, IMX Inc., or Huayi Brothers.

Nevertheless, both JYP Entertainment and Starhaus Entertainment checked into the matter, confirming the breakup news was nothing more than a hoax, as reported by Yibada. Both fans of Lee Min Ho as well as Say A (official fan club for miss A) members are happy Min Ho and Suzy did not end their relationship. Eventually, relief turned to anger as they took to the internet to express their wrath towards the hoax. An overflow of tweets, numerous comments on social media, and blogs have been going about damning TV Report and its ill-sourced report.

As of now, there is no news on how TV Report is taking that their report was ill-sourced and false. It may be possible the report was given at least a finger wag in the face, but for anything worse than that, it cannot be confirmed. Still, TV Report needs to nip this situation as quickly as they can before whatever reputation they had is tarnished any further.
