Kylie Jenner App Tops iTunes Most Popular List
The Kylie Jenner App is more popular than Facebook and Instagram, at least in terms of iTune downloads.
According to Tech Times, 18-year-old reality TV star Kylie Jenner took to social media to thank her fans for downloading the app.
“I can’t believe it. I love you guys. Can’t wait to post more tomorrow,” Kylie Jenner posted.
Tech Times reports that the Kylie Jenner App was part of a group of apps based on her and her sisters’ Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner lives. A total of 891,340 users subscribed to the apps in the first 24 hours with 74 percent of those downloading the Kylie Jenner App. Khloe garnered 11 percent of the downloads, with Kim taking nine percent and Kendall getting only six percent.
“Spent so much time on TheKylieJenner.com so you guys can have new content everyday! The link is in my bio to download the APP for easy access on your phone!!!!!:) my very own app!! I’m thinking of new stuff everyday to share with you guys. Got some fun videos up right now,” Kylie Jenner told her fans via Instagram.
In a photo capture Kylie Jenner shared on social media, it showed her app as the number one download on iTunes. The Kylie Jenner App was followed by Pop the Lock, Facebook Messenger, Facebook, and Instagram.
AOL reports that Kylie Jenner is excited to use her app as a way to communicate with fans. Despite being a celebrity and television personality, Kylie Jenner said there are things her fans don’t yet know about her.
“I feel like this is really my lane and I know my fans want to know so much about me that I haven’t told them. I have so many secrets and tips and fun things to share so it’ll be cool,” Kylie Jenner said.
Being the queen of iPhone apps is just part of the wild world Kylie Jenner lives in. She told AOL that she just had a blast strutting on the catwalks of New York Fashion Week where she modeled clothing designed by her brother-in-law, Kanye West.
“The Alexander Wang show was dope. Walking in Yeezy’s show was definitely a highlight,” Kylie Jenner said.
Known for dying her hair exotic colors, Kylie Jenner also shared some of her more down-to-earth fashion tips with AOL.
“Right now, I don’t know. I like to use coconut oil in my hair at night and all organic lotions on my body. I’m trying to do ‘less is more’ makeup on an every day basis,” Kylie Jenner said.
