WWE News: Final Betting Odds For Tonight’s ‘Night Of Champions’ — Smart Money Is In
For all of the superstars performing at tonight’s WWE Pay-Per-View, it’s going to be a time that could be the biggest in their lives. For those outside the ring, it could be a big night for them, too. The final betting odds have now been released for Night of Champions, and that includes the smart money so you’ve still got time to place your bets.
The smart money is indeed in for Night of Champions, and things aren’t even really close on most of the lines. The betting odds given forth by BET Wrestling have significant differences in some of the matches and it’s actually quite insane to see the favorites so high.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Seth Rollins (-6,000) is heavily favored to defeat Sting (+2,000)
WWE United States Championship
John Cena (-4,500) is the favorite to win the match against Seth Rollins (+1,500)
WWE Intercontinental Championship
Kevin Owens (-4,500) is favored to defeat Ryback (+1,500)
WWE Tag Team Championship
The Dudley Boyz (-4,500) are the favorite to beat The New Day (+1,500)
WWE Divas Championship
Charlotte (-13,500) is favored huge to win the title over champions Nikki Bella (+3,500)
The Wyatt Family (-13,500) is the favorite to beat Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and their Mystery Partner (+3,500)
Dolph Ziggler (-13,500) is favored to defeat Rusev (+3,500)
The Cosmic Wasteland (-13,500) are the favorite to win against Neville and The Lucha Dragons (+3,500)
There are no prop bets out as of yet, but some may end up popping up before Night of Champions officially begins this evening. Many are wondering just who will be the mystery partner for Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns, and there are plenty of rumors flying around for that one.
Another big thing that many are curious about is if Sheamus will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase or not. The big Irishman was even teasing it on Sunday morning and saying it could happen whether Sting or Seth Rollins have the title at the end of the evening.
Bleacher Report‘s predictions are right on par with the betting odds, especially in the two big matches involving Seth Rollins. It appears as if everyone thinks he will retain against Sting, but lose the United States Title to John Cena in his other bout.
Night of Champions may seem a bit predictable throughout the matches, but WWE is known for shocking the world when they least expect it. Anything could happen and that’s what makes it so hard to read the betting odds for wrestling as things can change on the fly.
