Is ‘Real Housewives of New York’ Star Bethenny Frankel Hollywood’s Favorite Housewife?

With the Real Housewives awards just around corner, a few celebrities are already weighing in on who they think is the top Housewife this year. In fact, in a recent interview with People, Angela Kinsey, Jeff Lewis, and Christina Hendricks sat down and discussed who they would pick as their favorite Housewife.

While Jeff Lewis went with Shannon Beador “because she’s just so honest and so raw,” Mad Men’s Hendricks went with Bethenny Frankel from the Real Housewives of New York as her favorite Housewife. That being said, the actress added that she would give Ramona Singer the award for “being consistently nuts.”

While it’s clear that the reality franchise is popular amongst the general population, it may surprise fans to learn that other celebrities enjoy watching the Real Housewives series.

Topping the list for most vocal celebrity to enjoy the show is model Chrissy Teigen. Teigen is so devoted to the series that she live tweets constantly during episodes and often has some fairly strong things to say.

Surprisingly, according to Bustle, Jonah Hill is also a huge fan of the series. In particular, Hill is a fan of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and even had Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey come to his birthday party. The actor has had other encounters with cast members of the reality show, including one he described in an interview.

“I pulled up next to Nene Leakes in a car in Atlanta where I was shooting a movie and I freaked out. I texted all my friends.”

Speaking of the Atlanta series, Diddy also shares Hill’s enthusiasm for the show.

“My favorite Housewife, hands down, is Nene [Leakes]. I’m an Atlanta Housewives fanatic and I do love the New Jersey Housewives, too. I like the family feud thing… I’m not even embarrassed to say it. You’ll even find me in chat rooms.”

At the same time, news anchor Anderson Cooper is such a big fan of the show he’s even invited cast members to appear on his show. In fact, Cooper invited Frankel to be a co-host on Anderson Live and even posted a pic of him and Frankel on his Instagram account.

Meanwhile, Bethenny Frankel and all other past and present Real Housewives of New York are gearing up for their 100th episode special airing Thursday, Sept 17 on Bravo.
