Will The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 11 be without its longtime star, Vicki Gunvalson? According to a September 15 report by Radar Online , Bravo’s longest-running Real Housewives star is allegedly threatening to quit the show after 10 seasons.

“Vicki does not need the stress that this season has added to her life,” a source told Radar Online of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10.

During the currently airing season of The Real Housewives of Orange County , Gunvalson’s now-ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, faced questions regarding his cancer diagnosis from new cast member Meghan King Edmonds, who was added to the show as a new wife for The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10. Edmonds also targeted Gunvalson, calling her an “old woman” who was “bitter at the world.”

In addition to her drama with Edmonds, Gunvalson also lost her mother, Joanne Steinmetz, during filming on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10.

“Vicki has not decided yet if she wants to return to [ The Real Housewives of Orange County ] next season. You know, she does not need the money. Vicki is going to wait until this season is done to sit down and reassess things before deciding if she is going to continue as the longest running housewife of all time.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Gunvalson addressed Season 11 casting for The Real Housewives of Orange County in a tweet to a fan last month. At the time, Gunvalson retweeted a fan comment that suggested Bravo give Edmonds the boot.

@Bravo can we please not include Megan next season. Love all the other ladies and love seeing @vgunvalson @ShannonBeador @TamraBarney

Although the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 11 won’t be announced for several more months, as Season 10 is not yet done airing, Radar Online’s report will certainly get fans talking. Gunvalson has been a part of the cast since the series began airing in 2006, so imagining the show without her is hard to do.

Still, as the source said, Gunvalson doesn’t need the show, and with all of the drama Edmonds has added to her life at such a difficult time (right after the death of her mother and before her split from Ayers), it would be understandable if she walked away.

For more Vicki Gunvalson, tune into The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 on Monday nights ay 9 p.m. on Bravo.
