The Real Housewives of New York has seen plenty of drama over the years. As the reality series celebrates its 100th episode with The Real Housewives of New York: 100th Episode Watch What Happens Live , Bethenny Frankel recalls a past feud with Jill Zarin.
In a promo video released by People , Frankel discusses how Zarin was jealous when she first left the series back in Season 3.
Apparently, Zarin talked with some Today show producers, who told Frankel, “Jill called here, and she lost her mind,” adding that she asked them, “Why not me? I’d be better than her.”
Although Frankel thought things were good between her and Zarin after she left the show, that wasn’t the case. During the production of Season 3, Zarin shared some unkind words about Frankel in front of the camera.
“I was like, ‘Whoa. This is one cunning b***h,’” Frankel tells host Andy Cohen in the video. “It was really clear that she wanted people to hate me, and it completely backfired… Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered, and that’s how it goes.”
Meanwhile, in addition to her return to the reality TV world, Bethenny Frankel is reportedly dating again . According to People , Frankel is currently in a relationship with business mogul Marcus Lemonis.
Although she has yet to confirm or deny the rumors, the reality star previously revealed what she looks for in a relationship.
“You have to date someone who has their own identity. Someone’s identity can’t be you…. You just have to know how to handle me. I’m complicated,” she stated. “I’m okay with a money gap, but men need to feel in control – there’s nothing more emasculating than a woman pulling out her credit card.”
At the same time, Lemonis, who is the CEO of Camping World and Good Sam Enterprises, also discussed the elements he believes need to be present in a successful relationship.
“I think in any family, in any relationship, the spouse, the significant other, the friend, has to recognize that there is a great deal of sacrifice that is made in order to be an entrepreneur,” he explained. “In most cases you’ll find that relationships work out well because they’re entrepreneurs, but I can tell you that I would bet that a good chunk of relationships fall apart because people become entrepreneurs… it’s a tough balance, very tough.”
The upcoming Watch What Happens Live special, which includes interviews with Bethenny Frankel, Jill Zarin, and all of the other present and former Real Housewives of New York , is set to air September 17 on Bravo.
