Taylor Swift must have thought it was April Fool’s Day when she woke up Thursday morning.

But The Hollywood Reporter wasn’t fooling around when it reported that Taylor had just picked up an Emmy Award for her work last year on AMEX Unstaged: Taylor Swift Experience . Calling it “a prank,” Swift took to Twitter to show her excitement over scoring an unexpected Emmy win.

The Emmy Award Swift won was for Original Interactive Program for the video she produced about the “Blank Space” music video. Taylor created an interactive experience that she oversaw as the executive producer, providing fans with a 360-degree look inside the making and set of the music video.

In an interview about filming the “Blank Space” footage, Taylor explained the idea was a way to give something back to her fans.

The Emmy winners of juried awards were the only ones announced September 10. The remaining awards will be announced when the live program airs September 20.

In addition to Taylor, Jimmy Fallon was also announced as an Emmy winner. Fallon received his award in the Social TV Experience category for his work on The Tonight Show. With segments like Wednesday’s epic lip sync battle with Ellen DeGeneres, there’s little wonder why he was selected along with Swift to win an Emmy.

Swift can add this to the growing list of awards she’s captured this year. Just last month, Taylor earned four MTV Video Music Award victories for productions surrounding her hit singles “Bad Blood” and “Blank Space.” Swift also debuted her fifth single off the year-old album 1989 at the VMA pre-show, captivating the audience with her “Wildest Dreams” video.

A title Swift also lays claim to currently is most-followed Instagram celebrity. The Guardian reported that Taylor and her 45.9 million followers outpaced Kim Kardashian for the crown despite Kim’s willingness to bare her body on the social medium.

Taylor is also a seven-time Grammy winner, meaning she’s captured nearly every award imaginable for the 25-year-old singer. Of the major awards, only an Oscar eludes her display case. Time and further acting opportunities can remedy that, and Swift may be getting her chance for more screen time thanks to Law & Order: SVU . Mariska Hargitay teased to Us Magazine that Taylor – reportedly a huge fan of the series – may be invited to make a guest appearance during the upcoming season.
