Britt Nilsson Reunites With Brady Toops
Britt Nilsson spent some of her Labor Day weekend with Brady Toops. On Tuesday, the former The Bachelor and The Bachelorette star posted a photo, taken in Austin, Texas, of herself with Brady and two other friends.
Britt’s photo prompted many people to comment that they’re happy that Britt and Brady got back together. Others wondered whether the photo means that Britt and Brady are back together romantically or if they’re just friends.
Brady’s caption for his photo hints that he and Britt have not rekindled their romantic relationship but are simply good friends.

Britt and Brady were in Austin for the Continum College Conference. They attended the Christian conference for college students as its two headlining special guests.
Britt Nilsson first gained fame when she competed for Chris Soules on The Bachelor. She got the first impression rose and was regarded by many to be a front-runner for Chris’ hand in marriage. Yet Chris began having doubts about her after being told by some of the other women that she wasn’t genuine. During the group’s trip to Iowa, Carly Waddell told Chris that Britt admitted to her and some of the other women that she could never live in Iowa. After Britt threw a tantrum after Chris handed a rose to Kaitlyn Bristowe instead of to her during a group date, he sent her home.
That wasn’t the end of Britt’s appearance on the franchise. She later went on The Bachelorette, not as the sole Bachelorette but as one of two women vying for the top spot, the other being Kaitlyn. On night one of the show, both Britt and Kaitlyn met the 25 men at the Bachelor mansion. After meeting Britt and Kaitlyn, each man cast their vote for which woman they wanted to remain as the sole Bachelorette for the rest of the season.
Brady Toops, a singer and songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee, said that he wanted Britt and cast his vote for her. Unfortunately for Britt, the majority of the men voted for Kaitlyn. After hearing from host Chris Harrison that Kaitlyn was staying and Britt was leaving, Brady announced that he was leaving the show and went to Britt’s hotel room to comfort her.
The two embarked on a relationship. The Bachelorette viewers were given small updates on them throughout the season. For Brady and Britt’s last appearance on the show, they were shown discussing having a long-distance relationship once Brady returned to Nashville.
The relationship didn’t work out. In July, prior to The Bachelorette finale showing Kaitlyn Bristowe’s engagement to Shawn Booth, Brady Toops and Britt Nilsson announced that they had actually split a few months ago after about two months of dating. On an Instagram post, Britt said that Brady was “an amazing man” and that they remain “very close friends.”
“We communicate candidly & frequently and will remain in each others lives as great friends. It was always a beautiful, honest, and valuable relationship, and continues to be.”
