Jennifer Aniston’s Marriage To Justin Theroux Leaves J.J. Watt Heartbroken
Jennifer Aniston may have tied the knot to actor Justin Theroux in a secret ceremony at her Los Angeles residence last month, but not everyone seems to be pleased about it despite earlier reports.
J.J. Watt, the dominating defensive end who plies his trade in the NFL for the Houston Texans, has been a long-time admirer of Jennifer Aniston and has often taken to social media to express his appreciation of the Friends star.

So unbridled has been Watt’s crush on Aniston that in February 2011, Watt went so far as to publicly propose marriage to her through his Twitter account.

So when the actress walked down the aisle for the second time in her life, it was almost certain that J.J. Watt would join the long list of disgruntled men who couldn’t but feel disheartened about Jennifer Aniston’s marriage to Justin Theroux.
According to ESPN, when Watt was asked how he felt about seeing his celebrity crush finally getting married for the second time, he did not shy away from expressing his disappointment. After the Texans trounced the Saints 27-13 in their preseason game on Sunday, Watt confessed to being “heartbroken” in the wake of Jennifer Aniston’s marriage.
“She got married a couple weeks ago. So I’m heartbroken and I’m moving on, but I understand.”
Hard luck, J.J., but we are certain you will find another celebrity crush soon. Like the old saying goes, it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.
For the time being, however, Watt may have to make do with fond memories of the time he met Jennifer Aniston, which was just a few days prior to the actress’ wedding. In a picture he uploaded on Instagram recently, James can be seen hanging out with his crush. The caption to the picture says it all.

We wonder if Aniston, who had been so secretive about her wedding plans in the days leading up to it, shared the news with Watt at all.
But not all is lost for J.J., of course. According to New York Post, his rumored relationship with tennis star Caroline Wozniacki is heating up, while a popular fitness model, Lindsey Pelas, has openly expressed her admiration for the bulky defender.
It’s all in good fun, of course, and Jennifer Aniston and J.J. Watt both seem like such genuinely nice people that we can only wish them all the love and happiness in the world — even if it won’t be with each other!
