‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Star Meghan King Edmond’s Husband Defends Her Against Vicki Gunvalson Attack
The ongoing feud between Meghan King Edmonds and Vicki Gunvalson continued in the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. As the ladies prepared to attend Tamra Judge’s titillating sex party, Meghan’s husband and former MLB player, Jim, stepped in to defend his wife against Gunvalson’s vicious attacks.
The two reality stars have struggled to get along throughout this season of RHOC. Along with their general disagreements with each other over a variety of issues, things have reached a tipping point over Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, and his diagnosis of cancer, which Meghan hotly disputes.
The fight between the women peaked in last week’s installment of the reality show when the pair attended Heather Dubrow’s afternoon luncheon. During the event, Meghan brought up her thoughts on how Ayers was lying about his cancer and how a psychic had confirmed her own suspicions.
According to HNGN, their argument spilled over and continued to escalate in the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, where Jim chimed in during Judge’s soiree.
“I don’t really give a f— what everybody’s talking about,” Jim told Gunvalson at the party.
“I never asked you for your opinion, that’s what you don’t understand!” Gunvalson replied, telling Meghan to “Say out of it!”
Jim followed up by telling Gunvalson to “Shut the f— up!” to which the reality star quipped, “Jim, talk to me in five years when you’re divorced.”
Given their past actions, the fight that erupted once again between the two women wasn’t a big surprise. Although the party started off smoothly as could be expected, Meghan quickly started talking behind Gunvalson’s back about how her attire — a white dress — did not match with the sex theme of the event.
As the night wore on, it was inevitable that the two would butt heads yet again. Following Jim’s comments and his understandable defense of his wife, it is no telling when these two will finally resolve their differences if they ever reach that point.
As fans may recall, the argument between the two women dates back to the Tahiti episode, where Gunvalson brought up the topic of Meghan’s employment, or lack of, and questioned how she handled her duties as a step mom.
“I don’t think it was a good idea for Meghan to quit her job,” Gunvalson stated, according to iDigital Times. “What’s Meghan gonna do when Jim moves on to wife number four?”
The next episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County is set to air Monday night on Bravo.
