Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, And Chris Rock Surprise At Taylor Swift’s Concert In Los Angeles
Matt LeBlanc may not be used to facing live audiences but thanks to Taylor Swift, now the Friends star has got a taste of performing on stage.
Okay, not performing per se, but Matt LeBlanc surely experienced the thrill of standing in front of thousands of screaming fans when he became the latest addition to Taylor Swift’s ever-growing roster of celebrity guests to have made an appearance at her performances.
According to Time, during her 1989 tour’s second performance in Los Angeles this past Saturday, the Queen of Pop was not only joined by Matt LeBlanc on stage, but also by model Sean O’Pry and comedian Chris Rock. Swift is well-known for inviting many of her A-list pals to her concerts, and at the rate she is going, it might not be long before Swift runs out of celebrity friends to bring up on-stage.
The concert was the second of Swift’s five sold-out performances at the Staples Corner in Los Angeles, and during her song “Style,” the pop star brought out model Sean O’Pry – who also played Swift’s love interest in her “Blank Space” music video – much to the delight of the assembled crowd. In her distinctive cheeky way, the singer then went on to introduce her other two guests for the night.
“Please welcome the number two and number three male models in the world — Chris Rock and Matt LeBlanc.”
By the end of the catwalk runaway, Matt LeBlanc seemed to be left red-faced after his attempts to dance along with Rock and Swift did not go quite as well as he might have expected. But then, whoever said that Matt LeBlanc belonged to the same generation of people he was trying to strut around?
But if you thought Taylor Swift’s list of special guests ended with Matt LeBlanc appearing on the catwalk, think again. Just when the crowd thought Swift was done surprising them, the singer was joined by R&B singer Mary J Blige and Orange Is the New Black star Uzo Aduba, the latter showing off her impressive singing skills by performing Swift’s “White Horse,” reports Perth Now.
Matt LeBlanc’s appearance on Saturday was not the last of the original Friends cast Swift was going to have grace her concerts, either. In fact, during her third and last performance in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Swift was joined by none other than Matt LeBlanc’s co-star Lisa Kudrow, who sang her favorite song from Friends to a nostalgic crowd. Do you remember this song?
Other than Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc, Swift was also joined by singers Selena Gomez and Justin Timberlake before she wrapped up her final performance in Los Angeles.
