WWE Rumors: WWE Hall Of Famer Appearing For Global Force Wrestling This Weekend
Jeff Jarrett is really trying to get Global Force Wrestling to become a big entity in the world of professional wrestling. It looks like he is going to do whatever is necessary to draw attention to his company. That being said, rumor has it he will have a WWE Hall of Famer this weekend and it’s none other than Kevin Nash.
As reported by WrestleZone, Nash will be heading to Metro Bank Park in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday, August 28, and the Diamond Ballpark in Richmond, Virginia, on Saturday, August 29.
At this time, there isn’t a lot known about what Kevin Nash will be doing at the Global Force Wrestling events. It simply states that the former WWE and WCW World Champion will be making a “special appearance.” He will have a meet-and-greet before each show as well.
This past weekend, Nash was actually in New York for the big SummerSlam events put on by WWE. He never actually appeared on camera at the pay-per-view and did nothing at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, but he was there to do some work commitments.
Actually, he was joined by Scott Hall and Sean “X-Pac” Waltman along with a number of other legends and Hall of Famers.
Ticket Return is selling VIP tickets for $40, and they include the meet-and-greet with Kevin Nash and possibly some other GFW talent.
The card on Friday is as follows:
- Dirty Money v Pat Buck
- Kevin Matthews v Pepper Parks
- Kimber Lee v Cherry Bomb
- Brian Myers (formerly Curt Hawkins) v Chris Mordetzky (formerly Chris Masters)
- BLK Jeez v Sonjay Dutt
- The Bullet Club v Seiya Sanada and Ali Akbar
Saturday’s card is exactly the same so there is no difference, other than the location. The card is always subject to change though so be prepared for that.
Right now, Nash is just scheduled for the meet-and-greet as Penn Live is reporting, but that could change as well. If anything, it’s likely that Nash will get in the ring, maybe cut a promo, and possibly just get involved, but not wrestle.
Still, never say never when it comes to what Jeff Jarrett could end up getting someone to do.
Global Force Wrestling has two events this weekend, and WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash will be at both of them. Whether or not he does more than just the meet-and-greet sessions remains to be seen, but it’s always possible that “Big Sexy” could end up in the ring.
