Joanna Krupa’s Defamation Lawsuit Against ‘RHOBH’ Star Brandi Glanville Rages On
Joanna Krupa’s defamation lawsuit against Brandi Glanville, of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has been going on for months, and still the pair have not reached an agreement.
Earlier this year, Joanna Krupa filed a lawsuit against Glanville, claiming she wrongfully claimed she had foul-smelling private parts and had engaged in an affair with Mohamed Hadid during his marriage to Yolanda Foster, who stars alongside Glanville on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville made the claims against Joanna Krupa a number of times, including a couple of appearances on Andy Cohen’s late-night show, Watch What Happens Live.
Although there have been only a few details online regarding Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit, TMZ offered an update on the case on August 27, explaining Glanville was hoping to force Joanna Krupa to “come clean” about her smelliness by asking her a series of uncomfortable questions about her scent and requesting how she keeps her private regions clean.
Last month, Gossip Extra’s Jose Lambiet shared the following information regarding the Joanna Krupa Lawsuit with his readers, revealing several of Glanville’s Bravo co-stars had been deposed in the lawsuit and were expected to appear in court.
“The top cast members and the creator of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are scheduled to be deposed in a Miami lawsuit Aug. 25 through Aug. 28. RHOBH stars Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville, Mohamed Hadid and Yolanda Foster as well as show creator Alex Baskin all have a date with Miami legal eagle Raymond Rafool to talk about allegedly slandering The Real Housewives of Miami‘s Joanna Krupa.”
Prior to filing her lawsuit, Joanna Krupa spoke to TMZ, slamming her fellow Real Housewives star as “trailer trash” and claiming she was obsessed with her.
“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is.”
Also during her interview with TMZ, Joanna Krupa dissed Glanville’s plastic surgery, claiming her attempts at looking European hadn’t worked out for her.
No word yet on when Joanna Krupa and Brandi Glanville will appear in court.
