Sarah Jessica Parker Still Ever Fit And Stylish, Didn’t Want To Be Style Queen Carrie Bradshaw, Hints About ‘SATC’ Reunion

While on holiday in Ibiza, Sarah Jessica Parker has proven she simply is as gorgeous as ever, while maintaining a fit physique and sporting stylish swimwear. The Daily Mail remarks on SJP’s flawless form and taste in attire.

“The Hollywood actress looked sensational in a stylish one-piece as she went for a swim before returning to a small boat with her holiday group — which includes Anderson Cooper and his boyfriend Benjamin. [Parker] was make-up free for the swim and showed off her enviable complexion, while her flat stomach and toned legs were also on display.”

Post-boat ride, the SATC star joined a portion of her travel group for a hike — a group including Diane Von Furstenberg and Barry Diller. The occasion was all made viewable to the public eye via Sarah’s popular Instagram account.

Although this star has been entirely thrilled with the fame that has followed her since gracing our screens as the stylish, romantic with a flair for designer threads while on the hit show Sex and the City, surprisingly enough, Sarah Jessica Parker has recently expressed that she initially was not keen on playing the infamous character Carrie Bradshaw.

People Magazine unveiled the news involving SJP’s lack of enthusiasm to take on her most notable role to date. The publication quoted Seth Rudetsky who performed with Parker in Broadway @ Town Hall.

“She was reluctant to do the pilot because she didn’t really want to do a series. However, she loved the script so she filmed it and then forgot about it. Months later she found out the show was picked up and she completely wanted to get out of it. I mean, completely.She really didn’t want to be tied down to one job because she loved going from gig to gig and being, what she called, a ‘journeyman.’ She tried various ways to get out of it including telling HBO that she would film three projects for free if they’d release her from her contract! Basically, they convinced her to honor her deal, and she now has no regrets.”

Rudetsky also gave hints that Sex and the City fans can possibly expect a new project in the near future involving all of their favorite SATC girls. Even Parker has taken on the task of teasing fans “about a potential on-screen reunion with cryptic Tweets,” as the publication notes.

Perhaps fans can expect a double dose of Parker, considering her latest series Divorce is set to air shortly on HBO. It’s without hesitation that fans can entirely agree that Carrie Bradshaw wouldn’t have existed in the way we all knew her to be if Sarah Jessica Parker had gotten her way with the network.
