Millions are still getting addicted to Clash of Clans, one of the most popular—if not the most popular—mobile games on the market today. Clash of Clans has continued to stay on the top of popular apps since its conception in 2012, and imitators continue to fall behind the app’s gigantic following. As a treat to its avid supporters in its 3rd anniversary, TouchArcade reports that Clash of Clans is gearing for a number of surprises for Clash of Clans players throughout the coming months. First on their list is the Clash of Clans boosted resource collectors that went live before July ended. The Inquisitr previously reported that in celebration of their 3rd year, Clash of Clans enabled resource collectors boost for 1 week for only 1 Gem each. Those who were able to take advantage of this would know that it already ended in August 7.

But to those who were unable to catch the first Clash of Clans birthday treat, good news: Clash of Clans is holding a ClashCon to gather hundreds, to probably thousands, of Clash of Clans players in Helsinki, Finland, for its 3rd year anniversary.
To be held at the Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre in Helsinki, Finland, on October 24, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., the ClashCon will be a whole day (and night) of epic Clash of Clans loot, food, and drinks, a meet and greet with famous Clash of Clans YouTubers and fans, contests, workshops, and all things Clash of Clans.
According to the ClashCon website, the conference will hold huge Clash of Clans events, such as the epic clan war tournament, attack strategy workshop, a 5-on-5 clan war, a goblin horde single player challenge, and panel discussions on the art of war and land-vs-air attack strategies. The website also hinted that free Clash of Clans t-shirts will be given away.
Tickets for the ClashCon could already be bought at the ClashCon ticket page for €99 EUR each. Supercell emphasized that only Clash of Clans players that are aged 18 up are allowed to attend the ClashCon, and no one can go unnoticed, since they will be checking identification at the entrance. Those who will be flying in to join their fellow Clash of Clans fans at the convention will also be given assistance, and Supercell is recommending hotels near the conference area. So why Helsinki? Helsinki, Finland, is actually the place where Clash of Clans was created and the Clash of Clans developer Supercell’s HQ is in Helsinki, as well.
Stay tuned for more information regarding the upcoming Clash of Clans conference ClashCon in the upcoming days leading up to the event.
