‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Star Dakota Johnson Dating Jake Gyllenhaal Again? Twosome Spotted Clubbing In Hollywood

Is Fifty Shades Darker star Dakota Johnson in a new relationship with a former boyfriend? Johnson was recently spotted in a Los Angeles club at the same table as Jake Gyllenhaal, leading to speculation that things might be heating back up between the two Hollywood stars.

A witness revealed to Radar Online that the pair was seen at a highly exclusive bar in Los Angeles. In fact, the place is so exclusive that nobody even knows its name.

“Jake and Dakota were accompanied at their table by different people throughout the night — including the owner of the bar [that’s] so inaccessible to the public that it doesn’t even have a name,” the source stated. “They left the venue through separate exits, Johnson out the front and Gyllenhaal via a back door.”

The source adds that the two were “glancing back at each other as if they were getting away with something.” Although this isn’t much evidence to go on, the fact the two were together in such a secretive place indicates that something is going on between the two. Given their history together, this isn’t all that surprising.

Johnson and Gyllenhaal were in a relationship for a short time back in 2011, according to Hollywood Life. While the two decided to ends things, it is thought that Gyllenhaal never really got over her. Although some speculated that the Brokeback Mountain star is currently dating Susan Sarandon, Gyllenhaal stated that he was a single man as recently as this past April.

At the same time, Dakota Johnson is rumored to be cutting ties with her current boyfriend, Matthew Hitt. This news comes after Johnson and Hitt have been through some rough times in their relationship. Although the couple split up last year, they rekindled their relationship when Fifty Shades of Grey was released.

However, since the release of the film, Johnson and Hitt haven’t been seen together in public. Still, there has not been any sort of official statement of their breakup to backup these claims.

The origins of the idea that Johnson and Gyllenhaal are back together probably stem from a recent event the two attended. A few weeks back, both stars were spotted at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Meanwhile, neither Gyllenhall nor Johnson have responded to the latest rumors about them being a couple. Considering they both tend to keep things concerning their personal lives fairly under wraps, it might be a while before anything is confirmed.
