Real Housewives star Kristen Taekman has returned to Twitter after news of her husband Josh’s Ashley Madison account hit the web. After thanking fans for their support in a tweet posted this afternoon, as the Inquisitr reported, the Real Housewives star was back on social media hours later, reminding herself she’s a “superstar.”

On Monday, the UK’s Daily Mail first revealed news of Taekman’s husband’s account on the cheating website, claiming Josh began logging into the site in 2011 and continued using it until 2014, just weeks after the premiere of his wife’s Real Housewives of New York City debut. At the time, Josh denied having a membership with the site, but hours later, he confirmed the news to PEOPLE Magazine with a statement of apology to the Real Housewives star and their children.
“I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife and family. We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives.”
Around the same time, Taekman was spotted in Los Angeles with her friend, Tori Spelling. In photos taken of the Real Housewives star and Spelling, who was also involved in a cheating scandal years ago, the two women look to be healthy and happy as they jogged in Calabasas, California.

Ironically, there have also been reports claiming Spelling confronted her own husband, Dean McDermott, about his possible involvement with the site. However, according to Radar Online , there is not yet any proof of McDermott having an account .
The Real Housewives star was also spotted with Spelling in Malibu early last week, although it is unclear whether or not Taekman knew of her husband’s Ashley Madison account at that time.
While Josh didn’t reveal details about his Ashley Madison use, the Daily Mail claimed he logged into the site 62 times in three years and had a credit card linked to the account. While users are able to browse the site for free, they have to buy credits in order to send other users messages.
The Real Housewives of New York City Season 7 comes to an end tonight with part three of the reunion special at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
