Rihanna Heats Up Romance With Lewis Hamilton, But Is There Still A Chance For Chris Brown?

Rihanna and Lewis Hamilton continue to fuel dating rumors just weeks after enjoying a brief vacation in Rihanna’s native Barbados, but is there still hope for a Rihanna/Chris Brown reunion?

Rihanna is rumored to be getting close to the Formula One driver while reports continue to suggest that Rihanna and her ex, Chris Brown, may be rekindling their romance behind closed doors.

A source close to Rih reveals to British mag Heat that while Hamilton may be “winning her over,” there may be some truth to the Chris Brown dating rumors after all.

Speaking on Rihanna and Hamilton’s growing relationship, the source explains, “Ri and Lewis have known each other casually for years, but they’ve never both been single at the same time. She’s playing it cool, but I think he’s winning her over. Lewis is being really good with her brother Rajad and that’s the kind of thing Rihanna really likes.”

Sharon Bellamy Thompson, a close family friend of Rihanna’s and the songstress’ self-proclaimed “second mum,” tells the publication that while the duo are still getting to know one another, Rihanna is hoping for a family in the future.

“They would have beautiful babies. As long as this man makes her happy, he’s got my approval. You’ve got to love his British charm,” Thompson explains.

“When the time’s right, Robyn will make a great mum—she loves kids,” Thompson reveals.

While the source believes Hamilton is a “great choice” for Rihanna in terms of a relationship, Thompson admits that she wishes Rihanna would rekindle her romance to Chris Brown.

“Chris was the first boyfriend she brought home and I’ll always have a soft spot for him. Nobody can replace first love,” Thompson explains.

While Rihanna and Brown continue to make headlines regarding their allegedly rekindled romance, Gossip Cop reports that Rihanna is growing protective over her budding relationship with Hamilton.

Last week, Rihanna took to Instagram to blast NBA player Matt Barnes for insinuating that he has an ongoing relationship with the “Stay” singer.

A source close to Rihanna reveals to the site that Rihanna is “seriously mad” at Barnes because she doesn’t want “bulls***” dating rumors having a negative impact on her relationship with Hamilton.

The source further explains that since Rih and Hamilton are still in the early stages of their romance, Rihanna doesn’t want Barnes’ dating claims to make Hamilton question whether or not she’s been honest with him about her dating life.
