Jessica Alba flaunted her bikini body on a Mexico holiday. Together with Cash Warren, Jessica’s husband, and daughters, Alba proved that 34 is the new 24 by donning a string bikini, reported E News .
On the family vacation to celebrate Haven turning 4-years-old, Jessica joined Cash and their other daughter, Honor, 7, in Cancun to participate in activities ranging from playing in the ocean to ziplining.
But Jessica does more than succeed as an actress. Alba, in addition to knowing how to rock a bikini, has soared in her entrepreneurial role as founder of The Honest Company, valued at $1.7 billion.
However, Jessica has had to handle some recent criticism. A complaint arose that the company’s products did not provide sufficient protection from the sun, resulting in a sunburn.
Alba stepped up with Christopher Gavin, co-founder, The latest figure comes less than two weeks after The Honest Company found itself on the receiving end of criticism after one consumer complained that the formula did not properly protect her daughter from a sunburn.
Alba, along with co-founder Christopher Gavigan, defended the company’s sunscreen in a statement.
“Protecting our loved ones and yours is the reason we founded The Honest Company. We have a dedicated team of Honest employees, parents, and partners who carefully reviewed our Sunscreen product to make sure that it meets our highest standards prior to release.”
Jessica has shared her diet and exercise secrets, and they also include making sure Alba’s daughters grow up to have their own beautiful bikini bodies, reported Us Weekly .
“I try to eat fairly healthy as far as like organic and fresh,” said Jessica. “I don’t eat a lot of processed foods.”
And the biggest thing with Alba’s children is getting them to eat their vegetables, she admitted.

“It’s like you have to eat vegetables in your meal somehow…or else you’re gonna be in deep trouble!” joked Jessica.
As the Inquisitr reported, in addition to eating organic, fresh foods, Alba credits a Paleo diet for her bikini body. That involves eating unprocessed foods, avoiding sugar, and eliminating starchy carbohydrates made with flour such as bread, pasta, pie, and cookies.
Jessica’s trainer Jennifer Johnson emphasizes the importance of a low-carb diet when it comes to staying slim.
“She’s motivated nutritionally, and she eats a balanced diet of salads and proteins,” said Johnson.
