Caroline Manzo’s Son, Albie, Speaks Out On His Major Life Changes Including Cannabis
Caroline Manzo is back on Manzo’d With Children for a second season, and fans loved catching up with this former Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her family. When fans first met the family, Caroline’s sons were still living at home and working at the Brownstone. Albie Manzo was trying to work through law school, but his learning disability made it tough for him.
Now, Caroline Manzo is learning that he has a new career direction. And on last night’s episode, Caroline learned that Albie had plans of entering the cannabis industry. Manzo is known for speaking her mind, so one has to wonder if Albie was super nervous confronting Caroline about his new plans.
According to a new Bravo report, Caroline Manzo has always been proud of her sons, but it sounds like Albie needed a bit more time to figure out what he wanted to do. And as he points out himself, he didn’t like what he saw last year.
“Towards the end of 2014 I took a look around and just didn’t like what I saw. I wasn’t happy in my work or personal life and I felt like I was living for other people and put a lot of stock into the opinions of others. I decided to take a step back and really think about what I wanted out of life and why, then made the decision that me being personally happy was the most important thing,” Manzo explains, adding, “Once I did that I found things got easier, I was excited about going to work, I became a better brother/friend/boyfriend and I give a lot of credit to the fact I came home. It definitely helped me calm down and get focused again.”
Albie Manzo didn’t specify what he was extremely rattled by when he looked at his life. Of course, Manzo has started various business ventures, including an eatery with his brother and BLK with his uncle, Chris Laurita. But his interest in the cannabis industry may not have been Caroline Manzo‘s biggest wish.
“I wasn’t nervous because I wasn’t actually getting into the cannabis industry. I was looking into what kind of opportunities were out there for a line of plant growth products I was helping to get off the ground. Since the cannabis industry is fairly new and is growing rapidly, I thought that it could potentially be worth looking into if the product itself worked. So I was never going to be working in the cannabis industry, I was trying to decide if it was worth selling our line of products to grow houses that were,” he clarifies.
According to the Inquisitr, many fans have been wondering what Caroline Manzo and her family have been up to since then. Caroline made peace with her sister, Dina Manzo, after years of not speaking. But don’t expect Caroline to talk about this relationship on the show.
