Anna Faris and Chris Pratt Expecting

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris certainly make a goofy pair, and now they’ll make a funny pair of parents. The Parks and Recreation actor Chris Pratt, and actress Anna Faris are expecting their first child together. The funny couple announced to People that their child is expected to come this fall.

Faris, 35, and her husband Pratt, 32, tied the knot in 2009 and were very vocal early on about their need to start having kids and creating a large family. However, both admitted the industry that they’re currently in doesn’t leave a lot of room when timing is concerned, stating, “it’s so hard in this industry.” Anna Faris also dished furthermore on their plans to have a family telling People “Chris wants a big family.” Faris also explained her need to have a big family like her husband as well stating, “I would love to have eight [kids]!I don’t think I could handle it, though.”

Along with having a baby on the way Anna Faris is just as busy as her The Five Year Engagement husband. The actress currently stars opposite Sacha Baron Cohen in the satirical The Dictator, which opens May 16, and is currently shooting the film, I Give It a Year in London opposite stars Rose Byrne and Simon Baker.

When he isn’t preparing for fatherhood, Chris Pratt is gearing up for hopefully another season of Parks and Recreation and filming Zero Dark Thirty for The Hurtlocker director Kathryn Bigelow, and will appear alongside Channing Tatum in Ten Year, which hits theaters this September.
